Complete lack of information when we went.Saw no rep.The food was poor so we ate out most days, until near the end of hol when we found out we could use the Tropicana gardens,100m up the road. The food here was fantastic with so much choice also entertainment there was good where we had none. There bar there shut at 12 when ours shut at 10.We only found this place out from some other residents. The light above our bed came loose and was just hanging by the wires. We told them at reception with 3 days til we went home but nothin was done.We also had a problem of several cockroaches getting in our room.On the good side we had a helpful and friendly cleaner to get rid of the cockroaches for us and the rooms in general were very good, although the tv was broken.

First time I have been away abroad myself with a friend. The hotel isn't the most up to date of the lot but is still a good hotel. The food was good, could always eat something. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in a great place amongst Benidorm, on the strip. Only downfall was... the hotel did not have any balconies and the evening entertainment wasn't so great but the entertainers were!! Would definately go back!

I've travelled extensively throughout Europe, staying at some of the best hotels. My wife and I have been going to Benidorm for 12 years. This is a well managed hotel; the staff are extremely friendly & helpful.
The food is good and they cater for all tastes, from full English breakfast to a wide variety of cereals and fresh fruits, there is always a choice at lunch & dinner, you will not go hungry! The bar is small but the service is very good.
The entertainment is ok; Michael Jackson lookalike is excellent. But you’re on the doorstep of hundreds of bars and clubs that cater for every taste.
The rooms are clean and well maintained. You can use your ID card to visit all the other Magic Hotels in Benidorm. It's a short walk to the beach, and the main road with all its shops are close by. We’ve booked to return to this hotel in April 2008, like many others who return year after year.
The score of 8 out 0f 10 is because of the value for money and the staff.

This hotel, although an old hotel, has everything you could ask for, polite staff (all of which speak very good English, very clean (both inside and outside the hotel) plus 24hr all inclusive facilities.
Also there is an inside and outside swimming pool, fully kitted gym and a smoking and no smoking bar. The food is absolutely delightful at every sitting, with an array of choices for both the child and adult palette.
The hotel in very conveniently situated for all that benidorm has to offer, the beach is only a 5 min stroll away, a variety of bars, clubs, restaurants and shops are pretty much right on your door step.
The evening entertainment is very basic, but the entertainment team do try, and at least there is something different every night, add this to the free beer you are bound to have a good night.
A very good value hotel for anybody aged 8 to 108.

Looks like the house from psycho. It’s the smallest dingiest, dirtiest hotel in Benidorm I actually found it embarrassing sitting out the front as people would stare at you. The rain canopy out the front is full of fag holes. And like the hotel itself leaks like a sieve when it rains.
The main lobby turned into a skating rink when it rained due to leaks and the smoking bar had to close as the ceiling collapsed. So people were smoking in the non smoking room.
Outside swimming pool was closed for 5 days, air conditioning is useless, the rooms are like ovens, food made me ill - its more or less pork and chips every night for the last 7 days me and my family didn’t have even one meal in the hotel we just couldn’t face it.
The balcony has been blocked in for some unknown reason and I hardly slept for the whole 2 weeks as I have two young girls and the full length floor to ceiling sliding windows didn’t lock. The website advertised parking... not only is there no parking but the T-junction that the hotel sits on is one of the busiest in Benidorm so you can’t find anywhere to park and when you do you’re too scared to go out again in the car incase you cant find a space when you get back. I parked somewhere on day 1 and left it there until day 8 when the police removed it for me.

The hotel is old grubby and overcrowded. Floors in public areas dirty. Pool area small and overcrowded. Rooms small, third bed stuffed in what would have been the balcony.
Food ok but not displayed well due to lack of space. Dining room smelly overcrowded and floors dirty. Drinks on all inclusive very watery, bar area very confined.
Staff very friendly and helpful. I would not recommend this hotel.

First time I've been all inclusive and really enjoyed it, there where some teething problems but once you reported them to staff they where soon sorted. Only one thing we had no water for at least ten hours so we all had to sit in our bikinis till bed time, as couldn't put clean clothes on when you are all full of sun cream and oils. Howevere the staff bent over backwards to help you Lorna was fab, Kali, Karim the chef where great to.
They could improve the hotel by having some kind of security on as with being 24 hours all inclusive people not from the hotel just wandered in, not much for teenagers in fact; nothing. But people make the most of it, but overall we had a good holiday not sure if we would go back maybe back to a different hotel.

Booked to stay at the Villa Benidorm in June for 12 people.
When we arrived we were told that we were to stay in the Villa del Mar, which is on the outskirts of the old town not in the centre of the new town.
We had paid extra to stay at Villa Benidorm as we had elderly people with walking difficulties.
We spoke to the manager after waiting for five hours and he told us we did not book with Villa de Benidorm. It is booked as a bed bank with the magic group although, when we booked, we were guaranteed to stay at the Villa de Benidorm, as it has happened to us before with the Magic Group.
When we arrived at Villa del Mar, we also met a number of other people who were supposed to be staying at Villa de Benidorm who were as disappointed as us.
The reception staff were not helpful in any way, there was also road works outside the whole length of the road where our hotel was situated and the taxis could not pick up or drop off outside the hotel.
We had to be picked up and dropped off hundred yards up the road, we will never go with the Magic Group again.

The rep was great but not enough entertainment for teenagers , the food and staff were excellent and the rooms were not what we expected.
The beds were uncomfortable and not adequate for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Will not be going back again.
