Complete lack of information when we went.Saw no rep.The food was poor so we ate out most days,until near the end of hol when we found out we could use the Tropicana gardens,100m up the road.The food here was fantastic with so much choice also entertainment there was good... more

Looks like the house from psycho. It’s the smallest dingiest, dirtiest hotel in Benidorm I actually found it embarrassing sitting out the front as people would stare at you. The rain canopy out the front is full of fag holes. And like the hotel itself leaks like a sieve... more

The hotel is old grubby and overcrowded. Floors in public areas dirty. Pool area small and overcrowded. Rooms small, third bed stuffed in what would have been the balcony. Food ok but not displayed well due to lack of space. Dining room smelly overcrowded and floors dirty.... more
