We stayed in a studio apartment and we fortunate to have 2 balconies. The kitchenette area was extremely basic and we were only able to really make drinks.
The key for the room also held the key for the electrical power and these were welded together on a key ring. This meant when we left the room, we had to switch the electricity supply off in order to take the door key with us. This meant the fridge was also switched off!
My husband had to break the weld in order that we could keep our drinks in the fridge.
Also, the towels supplied were only hand towel size. Our holiday was for 2 weeks, and by the middle of the second week, our sheets had not been changed.
Pity really about these niggly things as the location was good.

Stayed in one bedroom apartment first time we went. It was lovely, big, bright and airy, plenty windows.
Very well equipped with kettle, hairdryer pots & pans etc.
Next time we went couldn’t get the one bedroom so we took a studio, big mistake!
It was tiny, not big enough for two people for a fortnight.

It's Greece for goodness sake! How big a towel do you want? Just wiggle about in the air for few minutes and you'll soon be dry!!!! What's the next problem? Too much sunshine?
The Alia 2 aprtments are just fine... in fact, in my experience of Haraki you will be hard-pressed to find better - many similar, but few better. If you want 4* hotels and fluffy towels replaced daily, stick to the hideous north of the island. As for the comment re the fridge... my experience was that all the electricity went off when you removed the key EXCEPT for the fridge... which stayed on regardless...
Haraki is a joy... but be prepared to do without some of your "precious" luxuries!
