I stayed in this hotel for one night and found it a pleasant stay. The hotel is ideally situated for Harrods, V&A Museum or the Natural History Museum.
The room was comfortably furnished, however I did find that the cream carpet hadn't been kept up to and did have quite a few stains which was slightly off putting.
The bathroom was immaculate and I found the room service to the prompt and tasty. I also stayed for breakfast where everything was on offer to choose from. Checkout and check in where a quick process too.
I unfortunately didn't have a room with a balcony but one of my colleagues did which made a nice addition. This would be ideal in the spring/summer months.
I would definitely visit again as it was a reasonable price for a good hotel!
