When we arrieved at the sevi sun apartments it was not how we had expected as the picture was not where we had been taken too, the main reception and most of the apartments were on the opposite side of the road, however we were allocated one of the four apartments by the pool and they were really good!

The room was nice and clean, quite big as we had a bedroom with 3 beds, a separate living/kitchin with another bed and a bathroom. The apartments were really near the beach even tho u could not see it you just walked down the road alone a pebble path and you were on the front.

Kos town itself was pictureque as it had a lovely marina and loads of shops and resturants alonge the front. The main bar street was about a 10 minute walk which meant it was fine to walk even in the evening as its all quite wel lit. All the bars were close to each other but it was more than one strip which in a way made it a bit less fun as when we visited kardamena you kept seeing people in all the same places which is fun.

I would highly recomend the sevi sun apartments as the atmospere there is amazing, the owner is the nicest person ever, theres always pleanty of sunbeds and the food is good at the pool bar, i would also recomend the sevi sun special cocktail, that was good! i would defonatly want to go bac but olympic are the worst holiday company ever and dont care at all about the people they're meant to look after, i've never met a bunch of rude irresponsible people in my life which is why this review is 9/10 rather than 10!

I went to the sevi sun in July 2007 with my girlfriend, there was'nt much information about the appartments in the brochure but we was pleasantly suprised, the rooms did not have air-conditioning however there was fans that you could hire at a very low cost. The fod at the bar was abosolutely fantastic. i would definitely go back.

We stayed at the Sevi Sun and it was brill! Catarina who works in the bar is very friendly and made our stay welcoming! So did the man, who owns the apts, he is very kind.



The hotel pool was so nice and very relaxing and the apts are very well placed, near to everything you would need! Locals very friendly and we loved everything about our holiday!



Wish we were still there!

Just arrived home from Sevi Sun in Kos Town and after the lack of reviews on the internet we was extremely pleased with the accommodation. The rooms are basic but for a 2* plus we would not have expected any more, infact we could have got a lot worse!



The only downfall about the rooms was there wasn’t a toaster! However the food at the pool bar was excellent and was served from morning until evening. The hotel is well run. The receptionist (Catarina) is lovely and speaks English and the owner Illios was so nice to us, we felt very welcome in his apartments. The atmosphere of the accommodation was friendly. There are two bars at the accommodation; the pool bar and the reception bar. Both of which have no closing times,they stay open until you have finished drinking!



The only English tour operator that visits Sevi Sun is Olympic, who were very useful. We have never seen a rep so much before! Appollo is the other tour operator and we met people from Sweden, Denmark and Norway. In our first week at staying at the Sevi Sun the guests were mainly young groups of friends but by the second week there were families.



The location of the Sevi Sun is good. It was a straight walk down to the front which took about 5 mins and then about a 10minute walk to Bar Street and the main strip of restaurants. Taxis are about 4 euros from bar street to Sevi Sun., all the taxis drivers know the apartments very well! There is a small beach by the hotel however we rarely visited this because we preferred the pool, however a visit to Paradise beach is a must! There is a supermarket on the corner for essentials but the area is really cheap for eating out and drinks!



LOCATION:

The area of Kos town is nice and as a group of young girls we loved Bar Street! The lack of english people is actually a nice change, whereas when we visited Kardemenia it was only english in site Nice if you like that thing but we might as well been at home! Cocktails are cheap and happy hour lasts all night. We found a lovely cocktail bar facing Fashion Club which sold cocktails for 3 euros!



We had a lovely time in Kos town and in the Sevi Sun and would definitely recommend it for groups of young friends, couples or families.
