The hotel has a lovely pool and is a reasonably good location. However, there are no facilities - the 'breakfast' was simply bread and no other food was offered for sale. The beer is warm and overpriced in relation to other hotels/shops close by. We also found the owner rather rude - no interest in customer service, only your money. We have stayed in other hotels in Kefalos and this is the worst we have encountered in what is a lovely resort (and it is not an accurate reflection of Olympic, as we have always had good holidays with them).

Given the sudden decision to find some sun, the 2* Hotel Eleni was the only available option for Kefalos...but it was far from being a disappointment.



The rooms are quite small and basic, but it is a very welcoming, family run place. Spotless too. Rooms cleaned every day. Nice pool with pool bar serving snacks. Definitely somewhere I would go back to.



It is also very well located, on a quiet back road which runs parallel to the main beach road. So the beach and the beachside tavernas are only a few hundred yards away.
