Daniella Village Hotel Reviews
" Something about the Daniella resort... "
Submitted By: Mr MC Vassiliou
Something about the Daniella resort left me feeling charmed. The location is not great (about 5km out of the main strip), the rooms are pretty standard, the facilities are OK and the food is adequate at best, but still, I smile when I remember the place.
I think the fact is there is just a friendly ambience about the place. All the staff are warm and welcoming and this is the crucial aspect which made me enjoy my stay there. From the reception desk, to the restaurant, to the dive centre, to the pool side, to the gy who drives the transfer mini bus, I really liked the people who were working and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
I'd definitely go back and reccomend it warmly to anyone who would be prepared to overlook the slightly shabby rooms in return for a truly personal standard of service.

It is so quiet, I sometimes thought my ears were blocked.
A big thank you to the chefs! The food is really tasty and the menu changes every day. Be warned about the deserts, as they are delicious!
The service is very good and because it’s a small scale hotel it feels very warm and welcoming.
Make sure to not miss the tea-time at 5pm with the Bedouin.
The snorkelling at the house reef is amazing and the padi diving centre offers a wide range of diving possibilities in the area.
Again, because it’s not a standard massive, un-personal resort, you get to know other guests and the happy peacefulness seems to rub off on everyone.
We also did a 2 day trip to Petra (Jordan) which you can organize from the hotel. A ‘must do before you die’ experience although it was quiet tough getting up at 3am.
I will be back!
