The first thing to say is that it is not a hotel. It's a collection of two & three storey buildings with a pool. When we arrived the rep (we went with Olympic holidays) had to ring the owner to meet us with the room key as there is no reception or any communal building.... more

Well located in the quiet Pissouri Bay. Studios for 2 are a bit tight on space, but well equiped, apartments offered far more space and appeared to be worth a small extra cost, the pool area is excellent, and well maintained. Car hire is a must, Pissouri Bay ( Jetty ) is... more

Stayed At The Kotzias Apartmets For One Week The Apartments Are Of A High Standard And The Owners Are On Site Daily To Sort Out Any Problems. The Area Is Quite And Was Ideal For Chill Out Holiday. Would Recommed These Apartments Only Concern Was Payment For Air Condition... more

Been going to Kotzias Hotel Apartments for 22 years (I think that probably says it all) and we have never been disappointed. We have stayed in the original apartments about 17 times and in the new apartments for the first time 2007. They are all spotlessly clean and huge.... more
