This hotel offers a nice pool, nice view over the beach and is close to grocery-stores. However, the maintanace stopped around 10 years ago and the rooms are dirty and don't offer what's promissed. We saw 4 rooms after serious complaining and none was up to current standards (our experience with rooms in Afrika and Asia has been better!). Bath's with holes, non-functioning locks, dirty carpets, hairs in the bed, incomplete or absent kitchenettes and many non-functioning lights is what we found in the rooms. Also the promissed restaurant is not there and internet has to be taken from a neighbouring hotel.
All in all we think that this hotel should be closed for a major revision.
