Lovely hotel in a perfect location 5 minutes walk from both the Charles Bridge and Wenceslas Square, and about 10 minutes from Old Town and the Jewish Quarter.
Room was a decent size and very modern and clean. We were there for 3 nights which was about the right amount of time to say most of the main attractions of the city.
Hotel a little noisy at night due to its location, but generally a good place to stay.
Breakfast in the morning was excellent. Plenty of places to sit and a buffet style breakfast with plenty of hot and cold choices. Much better than most Continental European breakfasts in hotels I've stayed in.
Minor problems - the television had no English language channel, the room decor was very dark and the facilities quite basic for a 5 star hotel.
No pool, little "extras" in the room that you may expect from 5 star hotels etc.
Staff were helpful and pleasant and give you some leaflets and pamphlets when you arrive with maps, restaurants, tours etc which was helpful.
I would stay there again due mostly to the location, and the price was very cheap for a 5 star hotel.

My partner and I stayed in this hotel for a 3 night break in the beginning of January and thought it was lovely!
It's clean, simple and friendly. The bed was gigantic and the room was very spaceous. They provide you with towels and a powerful hairdryer. And when i forgot my travel plug they lent me one for the duration of our stay for free.
We had a lovely breakfast every morning, consisted of cereals, cooked breakfast, fruit, pastries and lots more. There was plenty of room to sit as well!
We were 5 minutes walk from Charles Bridge and Wencelas Square and about 10 minutes from Old Town. The paths all meet and it basically goes round in a big circle.
We didn't have any problems with our stay and you couldn't hear any noise at all from our room, which overlooked the city's spires!
If you go in January definitely pack warm clothes, it was -10 the whole time we were there and absolutely freezing. Still a gorgeous city though and would definitely go back to this hotel.
