i think british people get a raw deal here.

reception i found very unhelpful for me as a brit.i asked for an upstairs room as coop travel agent asked if i wanted up or down.i said up i got down.reception said nothing left.thompsons rep magiced up three upstairs to look at.i had a 2" rock hard pillow i was supposed to sleep on.asked reception, got lumpy pillows they said all guests had them.thompsons rep got me lovely soft pillows in twenty mins.ace rep.cleaners, gardeners, pool attentdants, etc.most, very friendly,& efficient.this place needs a big overhaul.beds go boing when you move,as they are old spring type.apartment door has a gap all round it. it keeps very little noise out, from noisy guests, all inclusive here means as much booze& food u can consume.pool, freezing sea water, kids get fresh in theirs.tiles coming off bottom of pool.location ok.nearer the harbour would be better as you wouldnt have to pass all the food touts, not nice.its getting like tenerife here i think.try el cottilo west coast,so peaceful, if like me you want true fuetventura. the harbour in corra is great.the national park sand dunes unbeleivable.wind, kite surfing, just basking, all great.lots of nice hotels to stay in here.

To start on a good note the main pool is great, good for kids and the staff always responsive. The whole place needs a makeover though and when it came to the food it was very limited, somewhat bland and predictable, of the eleven days we spent there we ate out seven of those. All in all corralejo is a fun place.

On arriving the receptionst was helpful, first night found a cocharoach in our room, sheets had holes in matresses were dirty, we slept on the sofa matress, and single bed matress in front room, ants in fridge, and floor, got bitten by what ever was in the matress, had to run shower for a while to get horrible rusty water away,if you had a wash and pulled the plug up a nasty smell came through, complained about the ants and mr.cocharoach only to be given a massive can of insect reppelant and told to keep spraying!!!!!!went self catering and the kettle on the ring took 45mins to boil!!!!the poolside was good and sunbeds not bad, very quiet was nice, the place needs refurbishing and cpould be a great place to stay in,minus bedbugs and smelly bathroom, island and local people excellant.

Arriving at the hotel it was great to see it was in a central location. I paid all inclusive for me, my sister and my brother and We had a fantastic time. the room was spacious and clean and the maid came whenever requested. The food was the same on most days with the usual serving of pizza and chips for lunch and roast beef for dinner but wasnt expecting much reading reviews before travel. The pool was missing tiles but due to the salt water we didnt spend much time in it anyway. The guy in charge of entertainment was amazing and always made sure we were never bored with games of golf, pool tournaments, darts and room. The staff were very helpful and always provided us with whatever we needed. We were very happy with the hotel and staff.
Having said that however a couple me met while there werent too happy after an intense rain storm their roof eventually collapsed and even after moving to another room still experienced the same problem the hotel did pay for them to stay within another hotel and they were impressed with the fast response and the help.
The hotel is due to be updated this year so visit much after and im sure you'll enjoy it to

we as a family of three, thought the labos was poor regarding food, and entertainment. The pool was also very cold, even though my daughter enjoyed it, shes 11. we went all inclusive but mainly ate out, theres sum good english grub in the area, but look around! can be pricey. Beach was lovely, locals friendly. lovely island! rooms clean, would we go again? NO! most of sunbeds broken. get what you pay 4, including baby cockroaches on food counter. miserable staff! i wouldn,t recomend this hotel 2 any 1! nice place though, hotel let it down! lol x

We stayed at the Lobos Bahia for a Week All Inclusive, Apartment was Large, had no real problems but the Cleaners only came twice and i dont actually know what they done. Floor was not swept or mopped in a week. We were provided with a brush and a mop so done it ourselves, but wasnt really a problem as we were barely in the apartment. On our 5th day the pool was emptied without any notice and is currently being repaired. I think it will be lovely when finished. The relaxing pool at the top was still fine to use, so again wasnt a problem. Food was quite repetitive but was o.k just a normal All Inclusive. You MUST visit the Crepe man at the exit of the hotel for a nutella Crepe, they are gorgeous!! :-) Would definatley reccomend Waikiki Bar for food and nightlife. On the whole we had a nice break at Lobos Bahia Club and would reccomend. Just dont go here expecting 5* and you will enjoy. Weve stayed at better but also stayed at worse.

Where do I start! First morning ourselves and 3 other appartments were broken into at 6.30am! Patio doors are not secure at all! Hotel were not interested at all and wouldn't even check the cameras!
We asked for clean sheets but were denied all week! The food was repetitive and used again on other nights. The staff were miserable and the assistant manager was extremely rude! There was mold on the ceiling of the room and paint coming off the walls! The dining room was disgusting especially the floor!
If you do stay at this place make sure you are not put round back on the ground floor or you may encounter some unwanted guests!

Badly needs updating

Have stayed here twice before and to be honest not sure why I really went back again! Although the hotel is very clean the overall state of the hotel is in very bad repair and lots of things need repairing, painting. The pool is also deperate to be retiled as loads of areas in there are in a very poor condition with no tiles at all.
The staff are quite miserable and I wanted to use the free wifi in reception but it was not working for 3 days, when I asked I was told it was free so what do you expect? The bar staff were really miserable also, prices in the bar were ok. The guy doing the kids disco made a real effort with them and all the kids seemed happy.
I stayed self catering and after looking at the selection of food I was pleased! Loads of people complaining about the food and after going all inclusive most eat out. The dining room is depressing as it gets also.
The best bit about this holiday was great weather and at least it was clean. I paid £200 more to go half board to Menorca for 10 days in May and thought it was better value. I think this hotel is not worth more then £200 each per week, it needs closing down and repairing!
Not ideal for kids.

Resort is a very nice place just dont stop at this complex.
The pools are extremely dangerous as there is extensive omunts of tiles withing the pool that are either broken or missing.
loads of people reporting cuts to their feet throughout the hoilday and no one seems to care including the thomas cook reps.
