Rushpool Hall was built for John Bell, one of the founding fathers of Teeside. The hall is utterly unique in its construction. The hotel is situated whithin 90 acres of ancient woodland. The flowing river, abundant wildlife and birds all attribute to the beauty and tranquility of the grounds. There are two lakes and a natural pond to provide habitat for many visiting birds.
