we stayed at a villa in one of the westhaven complexs, the villa was beautiful as was the surrounding area. The villa was clean and spacious, the pool was clean and cleaned trhoughout our stay. The areas was gated and needed a code for access. The children loved it and on... more

we booked a premier luxury villa which was not luxury.we were disappointed at the out side and the inside did'nt get any better it was tatty and old,the carpets were stained and the patio furniture was dirty we did complain to our rep but nothing was done.
