We had our first family holiday in Florida here. This house was perfect. Everyone had their own room and space. The house is very clean and has everything you would need to be comfortable. The highlight was the private pool. We popped back from the parks in the afternoon because the pool was more fun and less crowded.
The house is very close to the Disney attractions. Actually everything is close to hand, with a choice of grocery store just a few miles down the road and several eating places too. There were plenty of towels (bath, beach and kitchen), dishes, and glasses. We would have had to have 3 hotel rooms and buy all of our meals at restuarants. Staying in this house was a bargain for us and so much more comfortable.
A very big thank you to Richard and Tracey for all of her help. This is one trip that our family will remember for a lifetime. I would highly recommend this house, it will be hard to ever stay in a hotel again.

Paid the owners Nicola and Marc Parry £200 for pool heat,when we arrived the pool was infested with flies and the filter and pool heater were both broken! Informed the MC who told us Nicola had know of the broken pool for months and would not pay to have it fixed,Nicola still refuses to refund our money for pool heat which was taken even though she knew the pool heater was broken.The villa was also not very clean and had a lot of ants in the kitchen and bathrooms,and carpets and sofas badly stained, when we returned we tried to leave a review on the website disneysunshinevillas.net(tinkerbells retreat) but all 3 of the villas they own wont allow guest reviews. I guess they are aware they wont be favourable!

we stayed at a villa in the sanctuary at christmas for 3weeks .we asked villa owner if there was a christmas tree,he said no but feel free to buy one ,after what we had paid to stay in the villa i think not.
when we arrived at the villa in question our first responce was "its not clean" but there was a tree and my 3year old grandaughter loved it.
I had reported a couple of things to mc and was told "ithought i fixed it" .
In returning home i emailed the owner to tell him of the dirty floors ,toilet and broken bits of glass on kitchen floor.
His responce was ,he accused us of breaking all sorts to my horror as we look after these villas as our own.
He has cashed our security deposit but has supplied NO EVIDENCE WHAT SO EVER.
i KNOW THAT WE DID NOT BREAK ANYTHING.
He said his mc have took photos (ok thats great) but refuses to send them to me mmmmmhh wonder why ??
All in all iam totally disgusted that he can do this,we have been renting villas for the last 11 years twice a year and always respect the villa we are in .
So to sum it up hes a cheating rat who sells his villa to the highest standard and then we the guest are very dissapointed when we arrive

we stayed at a villa in one of the westhaven complexs, the villa was beautiful as was the surrounding area. The villa was clean and spacious, the pool was clean and cleaned trhoughout our stay.
The areas was gated and needed a code for access. The children loved it and on days we stayed at the villa, the children could use the pool if and when they wanted or could entertain themselves with the tv etc.
I would recommend this area and i would go back.
The only disappointing thing was the flights, rude staff and lack of entertainment or consideration for the passenagers, the flights were with XL who no longer trade???? i wonder why????
Travelcity reps were brillant in orlando and very helpful
