First holiday we ever booked completely on the net for 13 of us, 7 adults, and 6 kids, all in a 7 bed villa in a gated complex.
Kissimmee is a great town, friendly with lots to do, loads of places to eat cheaply (£34 for 13 all you can eat breakfast) Disney just up the road, we loved it.
First time in USA for all of us.
We would recommend this place for all ages; our ages were from 2 to 76 years old.
Ocean- Florida took care of everything from car hire, Disney tickets, and of course accommodation which was out of this world.
I would put this on your 10 things to do before you die.
Can't wait to go back.

fantastic area, we've stayed here twice now and plan on returning. booked through unique florida rentals who are based on site, so any problems they respond immediately.villas in a gated community which leaves it feeling very safe.
close to everything.walmart two minutes drive. old town 5 minutes, shops and stuff so handy.
