This hotel does not merit even 1 star let alone 3. We were booked in for 6 nights, we only managed 3! It was our honeymoon and although they upgraded us for free to one of their suites and gave us a complementary bottle of champagne, we were appalled by the service levels,... more

Hotel had a 3* RAC rating. There was no way it merited that, the room was shabby, and the carpet dirty, the bathroom was avocado so at least hadn't been updated for 25 years. The window in my room didn't close properly, a member of staff came to fix it, when I complained... more
