An excellent resort, laid back not busy and lots to do. Good relaxed nightlife with lots of entertainment in the bars.
This is a fantastic new Hotel with excellent accommodation. The location is very good, being within easy walking distance of both the new town and the old town. The main bus stop is directly across the road from the Hotel.
The staff are friendly and the food was very good. Overall I found this Hotel better than all of the ohter have have stopped in when at Benidorm.

This was an exceptional hotel with excellent facilities. The situation is perfect just minutes away from the Old town with its Spanish streets, or the lively new town with its very English feel.
The hotel is situated right opposite the bus stop, which will take you straight to any local attractions including the Aqua Park and local theme park. The appearance of the hotel is very modern and clean. The daily cleaning service is to a very high standard. Staff were all very polite and friendly. The only letdown I felt about the hotel was the Entertainment, especially not much for the children. Overall I would definitely recommend.

The Madeira Centro Hotel has everything you would ever want from a hotel. You feel like your at home! Its a very good feeling. You are right in the middle of the new part and the old part of Benidorm. You are a couple of streets from the beach. Its the perfect location. The food is fantastic and very good quality. The staff make you feel very welcome and comfortable. The room is very comfortable and has everything you need. Another thing I liked was when you would return from being out for example you would see people stopping outside the hotel looking at it. I felt very proud to walk in knowing that, that was my hotel! The only thing that people may not like about it is the height! It has 21 floors and seemed to be the highest in Benidorm in my opinion! If you are wanting a hotel where you can relax and not have any worries this is the one for you! I thought it was so good I am booking for this year! It is a hotel that you go back to. It is suitable for couples and families. It is the best holiday I have ever been on.

This is a fantastic new Hotel with excellent accomodation. The location is very good, being within easy walking distance of both the new town and the old town. The main bus stop is directly across the road from the Hotel.
The staff are friendly and the food was very good, which is not the norm in Benidorm hotels! Overall I found this Hotel better than the Gran Bali and would have no hesitation staying there again.

Hotel in good location and very modern and clean, but the food left a great deal to be desired. We arrived on the Friday evening and thought the meal was OK, but that was a Gala night and it went down hill from there. Mouldy brown bread and rolls at breakfast. Fresh fruit consisted of apples and bananas. Not a great deal of choice in the hot section. Food spills were left to congeal on the serving areas. Evening meal was an insult to our inteligence. The food was either overcooked or undercooked. The chips were warmed up frozen every night and the mash was something that resembled wall paper paste. The salad bar was not very enterprising with trays of mushed up tinned vegetables in mayonaise most nights. One night my friend ate beefburger and chips she said there was nothing else that looked edible. You should not have to make do with BEEFBURGER AND CHIPS IN A FOUR STAR HOTEL. Langustines were served one night with string beans and mushrooms - these consisted of very little fish and a lot of eggs. One of our party was ill for two days after eating these!! Maderia Centro could be a great hotel if the catering department got their act together. I hope these comments will be noted and anyone booking holiday in this hotel will think twice about booking on a half board basis.
