Jessica Studios & Apartments

Me and my family was looking for a holiday just to chill and relax.
We got the apartments about 3.30am, the bus driver just drove off, we were out side no way of getting into to our rooms so we had to ring Thomson holiday line which was no help at all.
They said we will sort it out in the morning so we were making noise saying hello and then this old woman appeared out of no where and went to wake the owner up.
When we got in our rooms it was hot, no air-con and it was not clean!! Well as my mother and her partner and I were tired went to bed thinking we will deal with this problem tomorrow. But my little sister and our friend would not sleep in these sheets as they smell really bad.
Well even if you did want to sleep you couldn’t the noise outside was awful students swearing and bottles hitting our windows.
When we spoke to our rep the next day he didn’t care one bit, if we wanted to be moved we would have to pay another 500 pounds, but we found out that we could move for 30 euros a night so Thomson was trying to make money.
We spoke to the owner we got moved to the back of the apartments which dimmed out the noise a bit.
I would advise you if you were hoping to take your family away for a nice break don’t go to Kavos unless you don’t wanna sleep and be very stress.
I wouldn’t fly with Thomson they aren’t very good the reps don’t care at all.
