What a stunning hotel! The best in Santorini! Only a five minute walk to Fira Town, Santorini, which is fantastic, as you are not staying amongst the hussle and noise of Fira Town, which meant you could get away! During the peak season, it is extremely busy! This resort is stunning. The rooms are great, with their own balconies. Make sure when you book you ask for a room with a double bed, or else they will give you a room with twin beds. The hotel was immaculate, chic and beautiful. Our room had an ocean view, great amenities and the pool was sublime as you lie by and have cocktails served to you! The staff were most helpful & arranged a taxi transfer from the port to the hotel which took 10mins. They recommended to eat at Archipelagos restaurant in Fira (can walk there) which was the ultimate dining experience- top food and splendid views. After just returning home from my stay at the Majestic Hotel with some friends, this hotel now holds a special place in my heart. wonderful time! great breakfast, nice pool, great staff, internet in lobby (free), beautifully designed! you must ask for a room with a view of the caldera, as all rooms do not face in that direction. have a great trip!

I recently spent 10 days at this hotel and really can recommend it. The location is great as it is just on the edge of Fira (less than a 10 minute walk into the town centre) and the staff were always helpful and pleasant. The rooms were really very nice and spotlessly clean (request one facing the caldera so you can watch the amazing sunset from your balcony) and the breakfast buffet was much superior to that offered by most hotels. We booked a honeymoon at all 5 star hotels and the Majestic was the worst hotel of the honeymoon. I would rate it as a 1 star hotel. The cleaning service entered the room when the do not disturb sign was on and the front desk was not very helpful. Also, the room had an odor of mildue. I would not recommend staying at this hotel if you want to enjoy your trip.

I was with my wife in Honeymoon. The hotel is very good , the service is excelent. The rooms are bigs and the pools are great. Very quiet and very nice staff. The volcano view rooms beutifull. Good Breakfast we recommend the Yougourt with honey ou chocolate. We can walk to Fira (Santorini Capital), but we have to rent a car to went to the beaches. What you see at the site is what you get. ---

Slightly out of town (5 min walk), though in reality this proved a welcome break from the at times hectic town centre. Very friendly staff: helpful with all queries. Nice large swimming pools, unlike most accomodation in Fira. A real benefit is the fact that (once again, unlike most accomodation in the town itself) taxis can drive direct to the hotel door: if you haven't been in Fira before, it's hard to describe the difficult walk with luggage up the cobbled slippery steep town streets many tourists have. Superb hotel, faultless staff & service, pool fantastic, room amazing. As the last destination on a 5 island "hopping" extravaganze we really did save the best till last. Our stay here made the holiday. The only criticism i can think if is the bar was very quiet in the evenings we were there but hardly a negative really. The Taj Mahal bar in town is a must, a belter of a place. Go to the Majestic & enjoy!! Enough said...

The reception personnel conducted all our enquiries and reservations efficiently at all times.
