Trouble free holiday with all relevent issues dealt with by owners. Airport transfer punctual and friendly, welcome pack on arrival etc.
Villa was ample size for 2 couples and 3 children. In house facilities were great, children appreciated the DVD and satellite TV!!
Good size swimming pool, which was cleaned daily.
Views are stunning from all balconies - would be hard to match anywhere.
Location is quiet with a 10-15 minute to the main shops and restaurants. (Although there is a local shop 5 mins away which sells freshly baked bread and milk etc.) Weekly market was only 5-10 mins walk.
We used the recommended car hire and visited several local attractions within 2 days. Most were within 30 minutes of the villa.
Really enjoyed our stay and have booked again for 2007.

I have just had two brilliant weeks in this villa in kalkan.The villa was beautiful and everything you could wish for.The resort is very classy with some of the best restaurants I have visited and the shops that were not full of the usual tack. There is a beautiful ''GARDEN BAR'' down on the marina level whith comfortable seats, subdued lighting and fantastic service. The whole garden feels like a tropical retreat with Bouganvillea in the most amazing colours. I would certainly return to enjoy the gorgeous food and restaurant service found in the restaurants around the harbour and on lots of the rooftops. I would however be sure to avoid August which was a cool 43 to 45 degrees!!!! And maybe stay nearer the resort centre where I would not have to climbup cardiac hill in the blistering heat.
