I booked this holiday believing it was a 4* all inclusive hotel. When we arrived at the hotel we had a good impression of the hotel by the cleanliness of the reception and lobby area. We checked in quite quickly and made our way to our room. When we got in to the room it was quite clear that the room had been prepared for 2 persons not 3 (Family room). The reason for this is that we had been given a double room with 2 single beds and 2 pillows. As you can imagine it was a bit cramped once we were in their with our luggage etc. I contacted the receptionist and with great difficulty I tried to communicate that the room was not what I had booked and there was not enough beds.
After 30 minutes a porter came with a put up bed that was very tired and looked about 20 years old and was falling to pieces, it was also stuck together with tape. After another phone call and a trip to the reception desk we received another bed. Well I would not call it that, but my expectations were not very high at this point.
We decided we would have a drink so we went to the bar and after waiting 5 minutes for a member of staff to serve us. We were told that the bar was closed for all inclusive, I explained that we wanted to buy some drinks and he said ‘no’, so we replied ‘so we cannot have nothing?’, he replied in a very rude tone "NOTHING". We then approached the head housekeeper and he arranged for us to buy some drinks. We had a fairly comfortable sleep after waiting 2 hours for the room to be rectified and to be spoken to in a very rude manner.
We went to the dining room for breakfast. They call it breakfast in the most illusive of terms. The hotel quite clearly does not cater for British guests but for local nationalalities. The choice for breakfast was salad, Egyptian Foul, something that resembled smashed potatoes, hot dog sausages, hot milk, omelettes, toast and tea/coffee. This was repeated daily and the food looked disgusting and did not look appealing at all or fresh. The lunch time menu and dinner buffet was also disgusting and it was quite clear that the food that was prepared was at the lowest cost. The staff at the hotel appeared rude and unhelpful. The all inclusive bar was humorous, you were allowed local gin but tonic was not available all inclusive. I will not be booking this hotel in future due to the service we received and struggle to believe that this hotel has a 4* rating more like 2*.

Well where do I start? Myself and two friends had booked a family room for three people and we paid nearly five hundred pound each for a 4 star hotel. On arrival we were impressed with the building but then we were taken to a room with two single beds in so naturally we thought there was a mistake but was told ‘no that was our room’ but they would put another bed in. A man knocked about five minutes later with a very old fold up camp bed that had a broken slat in it, we refused and finally at 2 am they gave us the base of a bed.
The next day we got talking to family of five and they were given a room with 3 beds and then were offered the camp bed and a man came to nail the broken slat!
The food was just for Egyptian people, I felt so sorry for the families with children as there was nothing they would eat. Every time we asked for something we were told its not all inclusive which was the only english they seemed to know. We ended up going in to Naama Bay which is ten minutes in a taxi to buy food and drink.
We had a day at the hotel beach which was advertised as 5 mins down the cliff but was a 20 min bus ride. We went in the sea for a paddle and to our horror we saw two sewage pipes. We asked to be moved by our travel company when our rep turned up and we showed him the food. I said how can this be a four star hotel and he laughed and said its not, he said he couldn’t help us move we would have to call the uk so we spent two days on the phone and each time was told they would call back but didn’t. We all suffered with stomach cramps and sickness and ended up booking and paying for another hotel ourselves. We went away for my friends thirtieth birthday and we had been looking forward to it all year.

Well where do I start? To begin with I did not book this hotel. I was supposed to be staying at the Falcon Viva Inn but they said that they had double booked us so we were dumped at the Coral hills.
This hotel is rated 4 star but would say that it is more like a 3 star. The rooms were nice and clean, I can not fault them on that.
The bar staff are not very friendly and we were getting our drink in disposable picnic cups. On one occasion we asked for a drink at the pool bar and we were refused by the staff saying that this was not included in all-inclusive and then asked for money.
The food is ok if you are into pasta and rice every night. I would take lots of tummy bug tablets as me and my partner were ill with severe stomach cramps for the last two days of our holiday.
I would not recommend Fleetway travel to any of my family or friends and do not know if I would go back to Egypt.
