Sevastos Studios Hotel

We went last summer for a week in June. After reading some reviews I was worried about what the hotel would be like. But we were pleasantly surprised. the rooms were a good size for two people, and very clean. rooms were cleaned every second day. with bins emptied every day. The staff were friendly. You did have to pay for air conditioning, it was worth it though. The only downside would be the longish walk to the beach or into the centre of Faliraki itself, it wasnt terrible though! we didnt use the pool, but from looking at it, it was very nice, we just prefered the beach! alcohol in general was an amazing price, which was great:) Overall we had a brilliant holiday and would go back!!

Stayed here for 2 weeks and didn't like it at all.
The studio is definetely 2 far from the sea (took us more then 20 minutes to walk to the beach - short way as they told us on reception) and 2 far from the center.
Besides that - cleaning servis in the rooms is awful!!! Cleanin woman is takin 2 much liberty with other people stuff, it was usial 2 come in the evening and find things on other places or used be someone else (like soap in the bathroom or wet solid shampoo, thet wasn't used in the morning). The top of it was, when we come back one day and find our bag with code lock open and some stuff missin.
Don't recommed this studio 2 anybody!

Me and my friend have just returned from Sevastos studios where we had a really good week. the owner of the hotel is very friendly and helpful as are all the staff. WARNING pay the higher room rate as you will end up in the really awful old rooms they havent refurbished otherwise- as we did. after complaining we were moved to the main block thank god as our first room was terrible! once moved though our room was great. the location of the hotel is good only 5 minute walk away from the bar street. we were both suprised as faliraki was no where near as mad as we were expecting. a lot of people we spoke to said that mykanos was much more lively. however if you are looking for lovely weather, a nice pool and hotel and friendly people then this place is spot on. top tip KFC is awful but mcdonalds is brillant for the hangover!!

me and 3 other mates went on a twentys holiday and stayed in the sevastos, and i gotta say... sooo much fun, all the people were friendly, made new friends and got on with everyone.
the shops and nightlife was in walking distance and there was a few shops about a 10 min walk away.
24hour bar, nice pool area, nice balcony and the rooms were clean. even tho the kitchen was in a cuboard that we thought was a wardrobe, it wasnt bad.
will defo want to go back to sevastos again some time!! :]

Stayed here for a two week holiday!!! Must have been the best hoilday I have had in a few years! The people are friendly and go out of their way to help and make you feel comfortable! Im sure to come back. The rooms are im great order, and the pool and bar was great!!! I would recomend it to anyone thinking about comming to Faliraki as its not right in the heart of the banging noise from the bars, but still only a 5 minute walk to the heart of the action.
I definatly would give it 10/10

as students we looked for cheap holidays, and found a 2wentys holiday to savastos hotel in faliraki. and LOVED EVERY MINUTE of it. the rooms were cleaned regulary, the hotel was run by a family, and a few english locals who are more than happy to help you plan your ideal holiday! (they helped us get to rhodes on the bus!!saved us loads, and go to the water park..which is a must) they have noticly spent money on the pool, and pool house which houses comfy seating, pay to use computers and a great atmosphere and bar area. food and staff are there 24/7 and more than happy to knock up a sarnie at all hours.
over all an ace hotel, not far from anywhere, clean and comfortable.
only downer was we had to pay for aircon...but most places charge anyway!!!
cant wait to go back.
