We stayed at this hotel in september last year in a family room. There is no argument that this is the best location to stay in the whole resort. You get in the park within a few minutes of leaving your room. This is also the nicest hotel in disney again with out argument.... more

I have just come back from DLP went 4/11/10 - 9/11/10, went particularly for Bonfire Night and Christmas which started 07/11. This was my 6th visit to DLP so yes I love the place, BUT this was the 5th time I have stayed at the Disneyland Hotel and probably the worst. Room... more

When we arrived at the Hotel, we were totally gobsmacked. It was the most beautiful Hotel we have ever seen. The Hotel lobby was enormous and spotless. Everything smelt so lovely and looked so clean. The staff were first class and nothing was too much trouble. Our... more

We had a very bad experience at this Hotel, basically the staff at the reception desk make us feel us if we were doing them a favor by staying at the hotel, they were terrible slow, the check in was about one hour and the check out was a nightmare, they even take us our... more

We paid £1800 for 2 adults and a 3year old which is a lot of money but we went to celebrate my 40th birthday so it was a special treat! The hotel is lovely but the service at the reception was very bad.Friends of ours had terrible problems changing rooms despite having... more

The hotel was fantastic on the first morning my daughter was delighted to find the mice from Cinderella dancing along the corridor next to our room. As we headed to breakfast Belle was in the main foyer whilst Mickey was having his breakfast! Our room was spotless - no... more

Fabulous holiday. We went during a quiet period which made the holiday even better, although February in Paris is bitterly cold (the lakes in Disney were frozen!). The hotel is just magical, just about everything you could want and even more. Firstly, there is a huge... more

Staying at the Disneyland Hotel for the second time was just as magical as the first time. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean and decorated in a style that will delight both children and... more

We paid £500 for 1 night and 2 days tickets for the 4 of us (our girls are 5 and 2). The convenience of the location is by far the biggest attraction of this hotel. That apart, the accommodation was basic (large room not particularly well decorated) and the breakfast was... more

For the price we paid of £1200 for 3 nights the room was very basic, as was the breakfast. The only highlight was that we sat next to David Seaman who can eat like a horse. The views out the windows over looking the park at night time were amazing . One plus was you were... more

Our first time at Disneyland Paris and an excellent experience. Although we only went for 5 days we had a very enjoyable experience. We traveled by Eurostar, with our luggage being taken off us and we picked our luggage up at the hotel on arrival! This enabled us, as big... more

Fastastic stay at the Disneyland Hotel
We have just returned from an Easter break two nights, three days. When booking I was unsure of what hotel to book but now that I have been I am so pleased that we payed the extra and stayed at the Disneyland Hotel. It really made the holiday magical. The rooms are lovely, we were two adults and children aged 5 and 7 and we had a large room with two double beds, turn down service and during our stay gratis breakfast in your room if you required it though there is a charge for this on other stays. Obviously with the Characters attending... more
Could not fault, upgrade it's worth it
I have recently returned from disneyland resort , Paris and stayed at the disneyland hotel (6/03/05- 09/03/05) Having read previous reviews I wasn't sure what to expect having been to both the Florida and japan parks of Disney. We stayed at the disneyland hotel and had upgraded to the castle club rooms - if you are considering staying at this hotel then i would definetley recommend you upgrade to the castle club, the benefits are well worth it for one you get the vip fastpass which gives you unlimited fastpass to those... more
A wonderful Christmas treat
Treated ourselves to a few nights in the Castle CLub at the Disneyland Hotel just prior to Christmas. Christmas decorations seemed less obvious than from a previous trip in 2001. However, it was still a magical stay. The room was comfortable and spacious. Bathroom on the small side for a 5* hotel, but fine. The bath robes were so soft and fluffy that we ended up buying a pair! The Castle Club itself is a quieter part of the hotel, occupying the top two floors. You have a private reception/concierge, small lounge area... more
Should be better
Stayed between Christmas and New Year, location of hotel was fantastic being just yards from the parks. Hotel was full and did not appear to have communal areas and restaurants designed to cope with the number of guests staying. The hotel seems torn between trying to be a run of the mill 4/5 star hotel and a true deluxe hotel. The furnishings are generally good although the bathrooms are not in keeping being utilitarian rather than luxury. The hotel communal areas are to small compared to the number of rooms, the bar area was... more
Let the magic begin..
We have just returned from five magical days in Disneyland Paris. We travelled with three children age two, five and six. From the moment we arrived we had five star service..the star are so accommodating and friendly, true service with a smile. We had two interconnecting rooms located in one of the turrets of the pink palace. our rooms where spotless, and we had bed turndown service at night. Breakfast is fit for a king, well presented and great choice and also the added benefit of meeting the characters one to one. Dinner for the... more
The Magic Starts Here
The magic REALLY does start here, this amazing pink Palace transforms the mundane, and ordinary, and transports you into the Wonderful World of Walt Disney. We stayed here for three days, two adults and two children aged 5. The room was on the topmost floor, and classed as a 'standard room', but this room went beyond just plain standard. it was more like a mini-suite, with two Queen size beds, huge white (and they were gleaming white..which is a mark of the Hotel's quality, and standards) puffy duvets and pillows, lovely full... more
Excellent Hotel
We stayed at this hotel for three nights in mid-August. The staff were pleasant and spoke excellent English, but the best thing about the hotel is its location - it actually forms part of the entrance to Disneyland. Breakfast-time provides a great opportunity to gain autographs and photos with the Characters. You will usually find at least two characters in the entrance to the restaurants for the whole breakfast period (7.30am-11am). They rotate on a regular basis, and it saves having to queue and tussle in the Park when Mickey and... more
Fantastic Holiday!!
On arriving at Disneyland Paris you take your suitcases up to the 2nd floor of the railway station and they are transported to your hotel. When we checked into our beautiful room, the cases were waiting for us. Everywhere in this hotel is spotless and the service is fantastic. The decoration of the hotel is what you would expect, total Disney! When you order drinks in the bar you also get snacks, nuts,or even smoked salmon! Also, they provided warm milk for our baby at no extra charge, and free disney pens and books for the older children. All... more

We just arrived back home from a wonderful trip to Disneyland Paris. While I believe there are a lot of things that need improvement in the park itself, the Disneyland Hotel was FANTASTIC! Please remember that I am talking about the Hotel, not the park which I think needs major improvement and a more robust marketing campaign to entice repeat business. The park's maintenance program needs to be a tad revamped as some of the attractions seem to be suffering from dirt, old cigarette butts and chipped paint. The water in the Small World... more
Loved Disneyland Hotel
We just got back form Disneyland Paris, we stayed at the Disneyland Hotel, and it was really nice, the staff were very helpfull, our room was very nice, clean with a lovely bathroom. My 5yr old son absolutely loved it especially when he got to say hello to all his favourite characters before having breakfast. I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is considering going there not only for the covenience, its just such a nice hotel from the inside and out.
