I stayed one night on 10th JUly as the lovely apartment we were staying in coud not accommodate us for our last night .
Such a shock when we arrived at these apartments . The first image was of a dilapilated block . Broken crazy paving slabs with weeds growing up through the paving and in the flower beds . Things did not improve when we entered the apartment . It needed painting , the bathroom was directly of the small living area . The dining area was next to the bathroom and any one wanted to use the bathroom a dining room chair had to be moved . When eating , you might as well be sitting in the bathroom . The bathroom ceiling was mouldy , the light did not work , apparently we had to bang it . The socket in the kitchen did not work , we had to place the kettle and microwave on the floor to access a socket. The kitchen did not have basic utensils spatula for frying , and really important a cork screw . There were also no side plates or tea towels . There was knobs only on one of the three drawers , we found the knobs in the third drawer down complete with screws . There were curtain poles in place but no curtains. In the bedroom I thought someone had spilled a great deal of coffee on the floor . However , after seeing this mound move I realised it was ants . I found ants on me and on my clothes and this was only after staying one night. I complaint but the only person to complain to was a young girl in reception . Nothing was done . I was told the apartments were full , but I saw little sign of this .
If I had to stay more than one night , I would have left . I think I would have felt suicidal by the end of a week . The only thing positive I CAN SAY WAS THE TOWELS AND SHEETS WERE CLEAN
Do not book this apartment unless you have an interest in the habit of ants .
