Reviews of IBB Binicudi Apartments, San Luis

We booked accomodation at Binicudi Apts for one night only at the end of 9 nights in Menorca, chiefly because it was close to the airport ready for our flight to U.K. and because the price was reasonable. There were five other things that were reasonable: (a) the welcome we received from the receptionist; (b) the service from the hard working barman/cook/cleaner/general factotum; (c) the quality of the towels and bedlinen; (d) the temperature of the hot water; and (e) the swimming pool cleanliness and water temperature. Sadly, the apartment required a great deal of re-decoration both inside and outside; had not been properly cleaned (the undersink rubbish bin remaining full of rubbish when we arrived and the sink was full of dirty cutlery) - but then perhaps the aforementioned general factotum had little time to perform the task owing to all his other duties ; and the heavy fluorescent light over the bathroom mirror fell off the wall (fortunately no-one was using the sink at the time although I was towelling myself down following a shower and was suddenly "plunged into darkness!") We saw no attempt at refurbishment in our apartment but perhaps, as we were only booked in for one night, it was decided that anywhere would suffice for these clients! We shall not be returning in a great hurry!!
