This hotel caters mainly for spanish pensioners, all of the entertainment/disco was aimed at the over 60 age group and consisted of spanish ballroom dancing music. We only recognised four songs all week and they all had a spanish theme, definately not for kids. The hotel... more

Fantstic Spanish Atmosphere
HELLO ADVISORS!!! When I was in this hotel last year with all my buddies looking for sun, beach, fun and all that staff I have to say it is really worth going to this hotel. It is not expensive, the food is ok and after all, we stayed there to have fun. Many of the other reviews I've seen do not like the fact that this hotel is for Spanish people and not for british... well, THIS IS THE BEST POINT!!! They do nothing but complain, disturb and mess around!! I really prefer to meet people from my country, from Spain. Obviously, when we are abroad we love meeting people from different countries. To sum up, the hotel is a good value focus to people looking for party and having fun with friends! If your're looking for a romantic place go somewhere else. VIVA BENIDOOOOORM!!!!
brilliant wonderfull great superb hotel the best
wow this is the hotel to die for well you no i have stayed here 10 times all of them where brilliant time very good staff very clean extreamly clean modern new some parts new brilliant bar brilliant resturant brilliant rooms brilliant view of the street and bins but its nice to have a bit of life and to have ataste of real spain by looking at the locals in the apartments over the street pool view can be a tad like a fish bowl so i would requesst street pool view can get hot in sun wonderfull food geourgous . staff very helpfull and even the cleaners are nice cant fault them entertaiment good but i dont realy watch it we go out BRILLIANT HOTEL WELL WORTH A STAY OR 10
Benidorm is good 4 fun in the summer
i was 15 @ the time and it wasnt too fun at the hotel, however the new town was amazing and only 5 euros away (bonus) fun pubbing and clubbing til 6am ish well worth it must drinks 3 euros bogof treble vod n red bull that sort of stuff. The food wasnt the best but i am a fussy eater and i didnt find it too bad to cope. It is definately a spanish orientated and hosted hotel but if that doesnt woory you then why not? Entertainment - Shocking!!!!!!!!! Room clean? - Without a doubt - Nice and Cool and fresh U learn tricks when u arrive about how to keep the a/c on i.e old clubcard in the a/c slot and how to sneek friends non-residents into lunch/tea for free etc. Staff hard to understand but quite pleasant (i think!!) overall rating 6-1/2 / 10
Reasonable hotel but..........
We have just returned from a week at the Fiesta Park. We thought the food was better than most Spanish hotels we have visited in the past, and thought that the restaurant staff were lovely, and we were pleased with the size of our family room. However the walls of the hotel are paper thin, and you can hear the occupants next door even when they are just going about their own business and not being particularly noisy. Unfortunately some of them were noisy despite the hotel having signage requesting people be quiet in the corridors (always a bad sign) and more than once we had to ask people to be quiet as we were trying to get our 3 year old to sleep. There is also noise from the surrounding streets which are very close to the hotel building. In some brochures Fiesta Park advertises parking, this was one of the main reasons why we chose it, so we had somewhere safe to park our hire car. The advertised parking turned out to be a choice between a municipal car park opposite the hotel which cost 10euro a night or a free car park at the top of a steep hill about quarter of a mile from the hotel. Parking is only allowed on that site on certain days due to the local market being held there. The hotel is mainly used by the Spanish with some German and French guests, we saw hardly any other British people during our stay, the reception staff do speak English, but more than once when they were dealing with something for us they left us and went to serve one of their guests from their home country. The arrangement of the hotel is such that there is a lift from ground floor to the first level, on which is reception and then several lifts up to other floors, services etc. This would make it difficult for disabled travelers, as often you have to walk the length of one floor to then use the next lift which is at the other end. It was hard enough with a child in a pushchair, I felt very sorry for those guests I saw in wheelchairs, as they had to use about 4 lifts just to get to the dining room. If you enjoy the company of people from other european countries and are looking for a less 'English' style of hotel this is probably the one for you. I can get by in French and a bit of Spanish, but even I felt somewhat intimidated!
loved it
couldnt believe the cleanliness of the hotel room was thurougly cleaned every day but after all all you want your room for is sleeping in. food quite repetative but could always find something that you liked. evening entertainment aint so good but there are many pubs and clubs on the resort to pick from anyway so didnt find that a problem. POOL WAS CLEANED EVERY MORNING YOU HAVE TO BE FIRST UP TO GET A SUN LOUNGER THOUGH BUT THAT WAS AT PEAK SEASON SO WHAT ELSE CAN YOU EXPECT. LOTS TO DO AROUND THE RESORT TO KEEP KIDS HAPPY AQUALANDIA IS A MUST FOR ANYONE WITH KIDS ibrox bar is a must for any rangers fan to visit its brilliant
good value for money
stayed here 1-8 november 2005 paid 240 each for a weeks full board package deal hotel very clean rooms comfortable beds changed daily towels also. meals exellent varied choice at each meal, entertainment mainly for the spanish but you are in the spanish area of benidorm if you want caberet stay in the ricoin de loix area which is like blackpool in the sun. would stay at the fiesta park again as a winter break short stroll to the old town and beach
Great Hotel
After reading Trip Advisor, I went to the Fiesta Park with trepidation, I found the hotel to be EXCELLENT, nice food clean rooms its a 3*** hotel. I would not hesitate to visit it again
okay for spanish
we stayed here in october 2005 ( 4 adults ) the rooms are tiny, but were cleaned everyday. If you are going to eat in the restaurant the best thing is to go to et about 30 minutes before they close , as by this time all the spanish guests ( about 80% of the guests at the hotel ) are in the bar/ entertainment room fighting over the seats. We stayed for a week and there was no english entertainment at all. The locals also use the hotel at night. All in all we will return to Benidorm but never to the fiesta park , in my opinion this hotel should be removed from english brochures. You cannot avoid getting pushed around like cattle at a market.DONT DO IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Never Again! Faulty Towers!!!!!
If you are Spanish then this is the hotel for you. Does not cater for English at all, my partner and i travelled with two other adults, we call this place Faulty Towers!! Spanish staying here have no manners at all, push in front of you in the que in the restaurant. The entertainment is for the Spanish, even though half of them are not even staying there. Its mainly the old spanish women you have to watch out for, but we just give them there own medicine!! Food isnt to bad really, but thats if you can find a table, its like a mad house at meal times. Rooms were kept clean but very small. The couple we were staying with had there door to the room left open by the cleaners! And as for the sunset rep claire, well, say no more! We asked where was the entertainment for the english paying guests, and she said it was a spanish hotel, so god knows why its in an english brochure!!! And she will just babble on about you need to give her good reviews in the questionaire she gives you, and thats just because she wants to leave Benidorm to go to the Carribean!!! Benidorm itself is a great holiday place, and would go back but stay in the new town but i wouldnt recommend this horrid hotel to anyone!!!
Great value for money hotel.
This hotel was perfect for us - a British couple in their thirties looking for a relaxing, quiet and above all cheap holiday in Spain. If you want entertainment at your hotel aimed at a British audience, this is not the place for you - stay on the Levante Beach side of Benidorm. Hotel was very clean, staff were all friendly and helpful. Pool was clean, loads of sunbeds (but then it was October). They don't reserve the best views for the Spanish people (as per previous review), lots of Brits had rooms overlooking the pool. It seemed about 60-70% of guests were older Spanish people, but then that didn't bother us because we were on holiday in Spain and chose the hotel because it was not in the so called 'British' side of the resort. Food was really good - not typical Spanish at all - I should know I lived there for 6 months and sampled lots. It seems they do aim to please all their guests. There are plenty of salads, hams/cheese at dinner along with chips, pototoes, chicken, breaded or battered fish, veg....puddings.. fruit, yoghurts, desserts. Breakfast has everything you would want. 10 min walk to the beach, lots of bars/restaurants along the way - beach is great. 20 min walk to the old town along the promenade, again lots of nice shops/restaurants. 30 min walk to the Levante side. Very safe to walk about at night - always lots of people about, lots of older Spanish people still out into the early hours. Taxis very cheap if you don't fancy the walk. For what we paid we couldn't fault this hotel and would definitely stay there again.
