Fiesta Park Hotel
, BenidormFiesta Park Hotel reviews
Just come back from Fiesta Park, Benidorm, the bar staff and the reception staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, the food is very good and the hotel is very clean. The entertainment is not so good and the all inclusive bar on an evening is very busy and you may have to wait some time but all in all i would highly recommend this to anybody if you're looking for a good time.

This hotel caters mainly for spanish pensioners, all of the entertainment/disco was aimed at the over 60 age group and consisted of spanish ballroom dancing music. We only recognised four songs all week and they all had a spanish theme, definately not for kids. The hotel is located in the old town, miles away from the new town side where all the entertainment is. Our balcony looked out onto a service road where the noise was unbearable at night straight through to the morning with delivery trucks, dustbin waggons making noise all the while, we had hardly any sleep, luckily we had no children with us. The pool did not receive any sunshine until 5:00pm and lasted about 2hrs, so if you like sunning around the pool don't bother. I have never experienced a hotel as noisy as this one and i have been to other resorts such as Magaluf. Having said all this the bar staff wer very friendly, food was passable and the rooms were cleaned every day. As i said in the title if you're a Spanish pensioner you'll love it, everyone else stay away.

well how do i begin to decribe the fiesta park hotel ,from the outside was very well presented apart from looking like we had just arrived in war torn beirut..the rooms were very nice and clean with free air con and nice clean bathrooms and toilet ,,so i thought maybe im being unfair ,,(b u t ) the food was so bad we had to eat out every day ..breakfast hard over cooked bacon , no sausage !!! only scrambled egg and only margarine no butter ,,the evening meal was worse,,soup that looked and tasted like baby food i was well fed up and to make matters worse the hotel was miles from the main part so spent money every day on taxis ....id give the hotel 5 out of 10 the food 2 out of 10

I went here on a family holida. 13 of us 4 families. I read the reviews before going and the were all mixed! so as I bet may people do just as I did... book it... it cant be that bad!
really it is!
the staff are so so so rude! the night we got the we were just in time for tea it was 9.30pm a waiter wasnt happy we had turned up that laste, as he was cleaning around us he was ramming the trolly in our chairs, he emptied a plate of food missed the bin the food was all over under our chairs and he left it did not apologise! this behaviour was normal when dining in the restraunt. the food was HORRID mostly fish and definatly only catered for the spanish! ALL INC...Ye only from 10am - 11pm! after that you had to but your food and drink which the price changed everytime! the pool is not half as big as it looks on the pic there is a lifeguard there everyday who will not allow anyone to have any fun! dont waste your time taking inflatable balls, lilos etc he will take them off you. you are allowed 1 drink at at time if you require 2 drinks you have to go back to the back of the HUGE que! a couple arrived put there bags in and went out to eat as they wasnt al inc when they returned they had 450euros stolen! no one needed to enter the room at all it was ready fr the new customers. when they approached reception - I was stood beside them they explained what had happened! they was then laugjed at in there face and told to go away they refused to call the police and said they had mis placed the money them selves! the entertainment was a load of .... all the music was spaninsh as was most of the residents! they played music till 10.30 a show if you want to call it that would come on for half an hour all spoken in spaninsh then back to the spanish music it was shocking evey english person there was not happy at all! this is a very true review! I would reccomed if yiur spaninsh great go if your not dont waste your money! they do everything possible to make sure you do not return! after 2 days I was ready to come home!

I phoned the hotel to book , they told me that the amount each night to stay in June all inclusive was 42 euros . so i booked over the phone when i get there the amount i ahd to pay per night had gone up to 58 Euros per night. Secondly whilst we downstairs having dinner i was not feeling to good with a tricky stomach , so i decided i would not eat . so i went and got a couple packs of bicuits from the biscuit counter to take with me in case i got hungry later . When my friends had\ finished thier meal we decided to go up stairs, I was told by the young lady on the top of the stairs that on no account can i take the biscuits out of the dining area . so i put them back ,i felt like a naughty school girl being told off , i told the young lady i have paid for this food , but she still insisted i put them back , ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOS ), Also you could only get one drink at a time , so you were for ever queing up . so for familys with young children it was\ such a pain . Would not use this Hotel again .on the plus side the staff behind the bars were very friendly and and allways smiling . the amount they charged me to share with my 3 friends in a Studio was not worth the money at all ,Swimming pool area good , quality of food Ok ,Rooms basic , Entertainment for Children none , not for the young as this Hotel is full of Spanish pensioners,

Joanne Platt 2010
Myself and 10 more ladies stayed at Fiesta park September 2010 for the weekend and we thought it was great.
We read a lot of reviews before we went and they we're all bad!!! So I would like to correct those.
The Staff were not rude at all, they were Spanish!! Just because they can't speak English does not mean they are rude.
The food was fine, it was by no means catered only for Spanish as said by previous reveiws, and variety was acceptable. Though I may add that we had a vegitarian in our group and there did not seem be be much choice for her other than salad and chips.
Everywhere was nice and clean, though the rooms a little small.
It has to be said that a good 80% of the guests were Spanish, and a lot of the music entertaintment was aimed at them. But we just got up and joined in with them and had a great time.
For those of you you who want English Staff, English food and English music, go to Blackpool!!!!

i went to this hotel on 27th august 2010, went with my partner and 2 children aged 5 and 4.The hotel was clean and staff were nice an very helpfull, food was very poor they only catered for the spanish ppl, i was very disspointed abou the food as we were all incusive and ate out 85%of the whole week. the entertainment was poor as they spoke in spanish, even the childrens entertainer spoke spanish to all the children so if u wasnt spanish it was a bit tuff luk..the area it is situated in is full of spanish people we saw 2 english bars out of the whole place, we had to take a bus rid to the new town as that is the place for english ppl. so please take on board wat i have said, me and my partner are not normally fussy but had no choice to be there.
