Unless you are fluent in German avoid this hotel.
The whole complex is built on a very steep hill and anyone with small children need to be aware that there is a lot of steep walking if you want to get anywhere.

The staff are unhelpful and hardly speak english! When we complained, they were not really concerned that they had unhappy customers. The hotel is miles away from any where lively, so we ended up spending a FORTUNE on taxi's!
The Rooms!! AWFUL! The rooms are very basic, and although state they have a kitchen within them, it is not of much use, they provide no cutlery. The hotel has a very bad drainage problem, so the bathrooms in the rooms have an awful drainage stench in them all the time, which spreads into the whole apartment. We were not the only one's affected by this, we spoke to other people who had the same problem. The smell in the rooms was the most disgusting smell ever!
There is no entertainment provided at the hotel, although it says it does!
Overall, I would not recommend anyone stays at this hotel. You would be better off paying a little extra, and stay somewhere else.
