This hotel was very good. There was five people in our party,Three adults and Two children aged 12 & 10 years old. The Four slides and the Five swimming pools kept them busy. There was day time activities,but was mainly in German. Some of the German reps spoke a little English. Our children never went to these activities but still say that the Hotel was great. The night time entertainment was also mainly for the German people, but they did try to involve the English in the entertainment. There was other guest's from other contries ie: Dutch, Russian's and French ect. This didn't spoil our holiday.
The hotel staff can speek broken English, but some of the waiters were better English speaking than others. The staff at reception did not speak any English. This hotel was very, very clean. The food was very good. The spa was also very good. The rooms have airconditioning that goes off when your room key has been taken out.
SIDE
Is a very nice place to visit, with the gate of appollow at the harbour. also you get to walk through the ruins. Lots of bars shops here too. There are some trips from the habour. We took the Dolmas (local bus service) to Side, this is a very cheap way of getting around.

Hotel facilities immaculate and as described, but failed to say the hotel was German owned and used by all German and Russian tour operators. All information was German. None of the staff in reception spoke English.
Food was all labelled in German so you didn’t know what u were eating. No English menu catered for. The nearest to an English breakfast was boiled and fried egg, that was it. Food was repetitive and same each day.
All entertainment, what there was of it was in German. In the pool if you heard someone speaking English you got excited, about 10 English families if that during our week stay.
The biggest problem of all was the air conditioning which was timed to come on 13 00 to 1500, again at 1700 to 1900.finally at 2200-0300.this was only activated if you were in your room and fob was inserted.
You were unable to take fob off key to leaver in your room as it had been welded on, obviously to prevent this. Despite trying to complain in reception about heat in room {cooler outside} and contacted our tour operator we were all left to suffer.
I suffered heat stroke and had to stay in room for 2 full days where I clock watched waiting for air conditioning to come on. Finally during these 2 days I was unable to watch TV as all sky channels were ....have a guess... Tuned into German.
