A party of my family stayed here in October 2007 for my wedding. I didnt actually stay here this time, as we wanted to stay in a 5 star hotel, but i wished we had! I stayed here with a friend however in June 2006. This hotel is beautiful. The setting and the atmosphere... more

Contradiction
This hotel is a contradiction. The first room we were showed was awful and switched to a lovely room (which we had to pay more for). All rooms overlook the pool/bar, which plays disco music until midnight. Found that kind of noisy. when checking out, we tried to pay with credit card for the extras and they wouldn't accept it. and insisted we go to get cash. Isn't this a hotel? more
Beware the beauty
Agree with many other comments, beauty is deceiving. Swimming pool open until 7pm, by 6:05 they tell you to get out! Do not bring any food or drinks into the hotel (international standard!! HAHA). otherwise they send in the secret police. If that is what you want do stay there, otherwise beware more
terrible
The Hotel very nice, but the service is the worst that I had never in that kind of Hotel. Bad behavior, very expensive extras, not service at all. There are many other Hotels around much better than this.
Loved the Alp Pasa
A terrific value and lovely hotel with pool. Prices include lovely breakfast & dinner buffets. Located in the old walled city. A great place to relax for a couple of days. Not close to a good swim beach(Laura Beach half hour away by bus). Walking distance to a small beach at habor. more
Alp Pasa: no more
Structure (rooms, restored old building, pool) promise a great stay, but service (above all personnel kindness) is very bad and the price not worthy. Consider all is extra (internet access, drinks at dinner) and costs far more than turkish standard.
beware
Boyfriend and I wanted to experience a cute turkish hotel-the setting is lovely but don't stay more than 48 hours. We wanted a spacious room so asked for deluxe room at 80€ with brekfast : got a basic room, nothing to write home about. Hotel staff is always looking for charging you extras € . want a map from reception? 2 euros-altough it is free at the tourist information center. Want to put your stuff in the safe ? 2 euros/day). 10 minutes internet is 2 €/ Was happy to get out of there after 2 nights.Fresh orange juice in... more
excellent hotel
we have just returned from a two night stay in the hotel alp pasa ,I took my wife for her birthday ,I could not have chosen better ,the room (ottaman ) was excellent with jacuzzi of course ,the food was excellent breakfast and dinner, the staff were friendly and could not do enough for you,the hotel itself has been restored with affection, antallya is expensive but we knew that ,and alp pasa is no m,ore expensive than any other 5star hotel, and indeed is a lot cheaper than some I can name ,and also if you cant afford it dont go, it is in... more
Wonderful hotel
I stayed at the hotel with a friend for 4 nites i May. Wonderful hotel with a great location in the old town of Antalya. Lots of history in the walls. It is built in an old ottoman mansion, so expect lots of stairs...hotel is not suitable for families with small children or people who have difficulties moving around. The rooms are all different (totl 70 rooms), very nice decorated. Some rooms even have jaccuzzi and steambath - abs wonderful!! Cleaniness was very good also. The staff is friendly, skilled and helpful. The meals (breakfast and... more
Nice hotel but don't let them rip you off with the wine
Chose this hotel on 'spec' based on the review in the Lonely Planet guide. Firstly it is a nightmare to find in a car, as it's almost impossible to navigate Kaleici's maze of narrow one-way streets. However when we got there we loved it - a beautiful converted Ottoman mansions with charming leafy courtyards. Our room featured a Jacuzzi and was well furnished and clean. There is a tiny pool in the reception area but no one used it while we were there probably because it is crammed in by restaurant tables. The rate was good - 80 euros per... more
Kiris World, kemer - fab hotel
We ended up after booking a last minute one week break at Kiris World All inclusive last summer. Couldn't find any reviews on the TA or anywhere else about the hotel and was worried. The hotel was fantastic - truly 5 stars. Food was the best I have had in any All Inc hotel - speciality restaurants were included in the price and were fab. The guests dressed for dinner and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. The only downside was that there were no other English people in the hotel whilst we were there. Although everyone was very... more
