Myself and my fiancee have stayed at the Kelebek Hotel 3 times and at the Kelebek Apartments once. Both places are well layed out and comfortable. The family welcomes you open armed and takes really good care of you, we have been all over the Greek Islands and this resort is the only place we have returned to. We are planning to go back twice next year.
Kalakan is truly stunning and the locals are all very hospitable and friendly. The food is absolutely fantastic, best meals would have to have been at Ibo, Tayfur is the chap in charge and is a great host, also Gironda, which from the outside looks like a normal restaurant but could not be further away from this when you walk in, you will be very pleasantly suprised.
The Kalamar beach club has plenty to do for the day, lots of water sports but also plenty of room to lounge about and relax.
