We just spent 7 days at the crystal hotel an it was brilliant. The rooms are cleaned daily and beds changed and made ( we had ours done twice in a day once) they even organised the toiletries. Its definitly not a hotel for people with walking difficulties due to the stairs.... more

First room was mouldy and dirty, saw Manager was moved to better room. Food first sittings are cold so go a bit later. Waiters and Bar Staff wonderful people made the holiday. This Hotel is no good if disabled or cannot climb hills, lovely setting but access quite hard.... more

Dont listen to the bad reviews but do bare in mind that the hotel is on its own 24 kms from bodrum we have just returned from a weeks holiday here and enjoyed it so much we may well book again for next year the dolmus stops at the entrance to the hotel so for £2 you can... more

We had a fantastic time at Crystal Hotel!! The staff were friendly, helpful and a great laugh!! Would definitely recommend to anyone who is up for having a good time and doesn't moan at the slightest thing!!

5 STAR MY [--] !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its in the middle of no where and its more like a 2 Star hotel. The food is terrible and your lucky if you get a knife and fork to eat with. Drinks are basic and they come in plastic cups. Rooms are ok, clean but basic and sheets and towels need renewing. Your lucky if you get a sunbed but if you do be were of the drain smell which stays with you the whole of the time your there. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL ITS PANTS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what a rip off from trotteruk
After a delay at Manchester we arrived in bodrum 4 hours late. We had no transfers as expected so got a taxi at our cost £40, made welcome on arrival and shown a room with 3 single beds. Problem as there was 4 in the party. Then told we would have to upgrade at a cost of £140 which after much discussion we got the family room for £70 for the week this seemed to be the norm for everyone that had more than 3 in there group. The rooms are clean with air con and fridge these only work when you are in the room. the food is ok if you like... more

We have just returned from holiday at the above hotel and are bitterly disgusted and disappointed with our treatment. They advertise 142 Standard rooms and 8 suites so why is everybody put into a small room and then expected to pay to be upgraded too have a balcony. As far as I can see the hotel just wanted to make as much money out of the guests as possible. All inclusive they have not got a clue. Well where do you start with this hotel, I would only advise you go to this hotel if you were on a very stricked diet and have a huge sence of humour (you will really need one to stay here) The food is absolutley disgusting consisting on the same thing for breckfast every day, although you may get cooked boiled eggs some days!! You never know what your eating from one day to the next ,most of the time you cant even recongnize anything in it . Well we arrived at the hotel around 5.30 in the morning after traverling through the night. We had been sold a 5* hotel which when we pulled up only had 4* above the door. On first impressions i thought 'well it doesn't look too bad' . We checked in and went up to our room which when we had booked we where told we would have a balcony. We opened the door to the room which was no bigger than a shoe box and a toilet that did not flush!! please please if you are going to bodrom in the summer do not book this resort the crystal hotel is terrible . there is not one good point about this hotel my experience here was upsetting the food was by far the worst thing utter rubbish the same thing day and night reheated and rehashed in fact the stray cats wouldnt even eat it . the management are rude and insulting they just dont care we were sold a 5 star all inclusive package when in fact the hotel would only be a 2 star at best and the resort is in the back of beyond no shops or bars... more
