Marriott Courtyard Palm Parkway Hotel

We stayed at this hotel during our 2 week holiday last August (2007). We travelled as a family of 4 (2 ads & 2 kids - 1 & 6).
I found this hotel to be in a great location for the Disney Parks - about 5 mins or less drive to Downtown Disney. I think there is a courtsey bus available, however we didn't avail of this as we had a car. The hotel was also ideally located to get to International Drive (about 10/15 mins). The Premium outlet stores were also only about a 5 mins drive away.
The hotel itself was very clean and the staff extremely helpful. When we arrived I requested if we could have a room on an upper floor - this was granted and we were lucky enough to get a balcony overlooking the pool. I don't think all rooms have a balcony - looking at the outside of the building.
We stayed on a room only basis, however we did have breakfast in the hotel a good few mornings. Normal buffet and all to a good standard - kids can get to make their own 'Mickey Waffles' too:>)...
The room was spacious enough for us (you don't spend much time in it anyhow) and was very clean. Maid service was on a daily basis with clean towels and bed linen each day. We also requested a fridge when we checked in and it was outside our door before we had even reached our room after check in.
The pool was a good size (they have two pools - we only used the one closest to our room) and was never really crowded.
Another bonus is that you can get Pizza Hut delivered to your room if you come home to exhausted to go back out again.
All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel.
