sorry but we wont be going back to this hotel ..the rooms were spotless but that was about it...location good...staff very sullen...food very average and very greasy with very tough meat..as for the breakfast it was total rubbish unless you like raw sausages,eggs and bacon... more

Excellent value from A TripAdvisor Member
Stayed for 7 days on half board basis. This is a spanish hotel so you must be aware it is not uk 'abroad'... Food excellent ,accomadation good and clean,maid service every day. Service in reception,bar and resturant top class. Pool not heated so cool in April,and the kids club not running until high season. Entertainment 'spanish' so do not expect disco night after night. Would consider a return visit without hesitation more

We stayed in this hotel 17/12/05 - 24/12/05 & really recommend giving this hotel a miss. Sorry guys, but our views are not the best. The restaurant did not open at the specified times. The food was terrible. There were only 5 uk couples in the hotel over this period, and they mainly provided for the 60 odd spainish couples that were staying. The receptionists although friendly were unhelpful & barely spoke english. The maids were pounding on the door by 8am. Apparently they were on earlier shifts over the xmas periods. The lift... more

We have just returned from a week in Benidorm ,staying at the Hotel Bristol Park. It is situated in the old town ,just off the main street. The hotel is small with only six floors and has a very tiny lift which only takes four people or two people with suitcases. This causes a queue to form ,usually at meal times.The reception area is very unimpressive but has two settees situated at the window to watch the world go by.There is a large bar with a small dance floor leading out to a very small pool and sun terrace. hello, Just read through some of the reviews and thought that the one from jackie was so far fetched. I have stayed at the hotel on 3 occasions and have only been home for 4 weeks and have already booked for next year. The hotel is in the ideal location, the rooms are cleaned every day, and the staff are so friendly especially hermon the bar tender. As for the food just because you have paid to go full or half board doesnt have to mean you eat there all the time and I didnt have a problem with the food, part of being on the... more

Just got back from the Bristol Park Hotel in Benidorm on the 31st July 2004.This hotel is in a perfect location and hotel itself is lovely.Food lovely and plenty of sunbeds!!!I would definitely go back to this hotel but would ask for a room at the back as the front is on a main road and would be rather noisy at night. more

Hotel was great -friendly staff,near to all amenities close to the own town as well for something different,food wasn't bad. Just one problem-couldn't get much rest because of the 24 hour noise from the traffic. Surely in an hotel in such a location double or secondery glazing on the front of the hotel should have been implemented before now more

My family and i found this Hotel very nice, friendly and clean. Food was good and all ammenities were on the doorstep. Our holiday was for 1 week and we enjoyed ourselves we wished we had booked for 2 weeks.Our children aged 7 and 2 had a lovely time and we would definately go back again, hopefully in the near future. more

We went to the Bristol Park Hotel to celebrate my parents Ruby wedding. Our party included young children, teenagers, slightly under middle-aged parents and grandparents. We all thought the whole package was fantastic! The Hotel was situated in the perfect place-close to the beach,shops and restaurants. The rooms were basic but, cleaned often with all facilitys in good working order. The food was delicious at all times. Excellent choices of all meals catering for many tastes. hi i went to bristol park with my wife and 3 daughters and it was terrible the food was terrible the rooms were dirty the service was horrible and we had to spend 500 pounds on meals for there meals were disgusting we had to wait near the pool for 3 days waiting for a rep when we asked because we didnt get reps at the hoetel they said. there were mice and there was no sun on the pool or near the pool so if your thinkning about going there dont more
