sorry but we wont be going back to this hotel ..the rooms were spotless but that was about it...location good...staff very sullen...food very average and very greasy with very tough meat..as for the breakfast it was total rubbish unless you like raw sausages, eggs and bacon swimming in grease..uurrgh..but the best of all was our balcony.it consisted of 3 10 ft high whitewashed walls like a prison excercise yard to be exact..entertainment was the same every ,paco on the organ singing spanish songs very badly..also the kids club goes on until midnight...do not go full board as we did thats if you are unlucky enough to stay in this no star hotel..plus the staff are rascist against the english..especially the fella on nightshift..worst of all was the lack of music in the whole place like a morgue..had to buy a radio the second day we were ther for around the pool

  • Advice: loved benidorm..but don,t stay here

The accommodation we stopped in was...
7 / 10
Oct 2007, Mr C Rowntree

The accommodation we stopped in was very basic, but for the price we paid I expected it.
Sunshine.co.uk however were very good when booking my holiday. They sent my confirmation quickly, stated exactly what we were getting for our holiday and also followed up the holiday to see if we had a good time.
I would recommend this accommodation to young lads looking for somewhere to sleep and not much more.
The pool was clean in the Bristol Park hotel and our rooms were clean, however not much facilities.
All in all I would give this holiday a 7/10.

Sep 2007, Miss C Garratt

We came here in June and we had a pleasant stay so we decided to go back in August. Whilst the hotel was clean and the staff were all lovely and welcoming I must say that even though we had paid for half board we ate out every day because the food was a total mess. They seemed to only cater for the spanish which really did my head in, also the food on the buffet was all over the place, sausage and bacon for dinner, what's that all about???
The entertainment was also not up to scratch, all in spanish, I respect that I am in their country but spanish entertainment at a holiday resort?
All the signs around the hotel in regards to what's going on were also in spanish, the only good thing I enjoyed there was the bar staff, what a lovely bunch of guys they are, they proper looked after me.
Ooooh and my bed had a wonky leg that meant every time I moved my bed wiggled with me, I think it needs a refurb on the decor and the furniture.

The hotel is situated on a very busy main road so you have to put up with heavy traffic noise 24/7 making it difficult to sleep as the hotel does not have double glazing, the place is also poorly maintained - the air con.
Unit was hanging off the wall directly above the door to the balcony and this was reported to reception on our first day there, it was put down in the maintenance book as urgent and it was still hanging off the wall when we left a week later, the hotel caters mainly for Spanish people (both food and entertainment) and you got the impression from them that they didn't really want you there.
But to be fair the accommodation is very basic but reasonably clean, we booked this as a late deal at £235 each for 1 week, but anybody who pays the full price for this hotel has every right to be furious - we were quoted over £900 for the 2 of us for this hotel the day before we booked it!
We would definitely come to Benidorm again but would give this hotel a miss, it is certainly nothing like any other 3 star hotel we have been in before.

Overall this hotel is in a great...

Sep 2005, Mr D Johnson

Overall this hotel is in a great position placed right between the new town and old town of Benidorm. The hotel is comfortable and clean and most staff are very friendly and can’t do enough to help you. The hotel takes mainly British and Spanish people for their holidays, although this hotel is small it has a great bar, and pool area and there is always room around the pool area to sit or get yourself on the sunbeds. The restaurant is clean and offers a good variety of food, but the selection is limited to meat and fish and not ideal for vegetarians. If you are after a small hotel near all the main shops and beaches this is for you, it’s also relatively quiet at night considering where it is positioned, with all entertainment finishing at midnight.

Aug 2004, Mrs M Alderson

We stayed at the Bristol park hotel in august. This hotel was clean, not that fancy but overall it had everything you needed. With it been a small hotel compared to others I have stayed at, this made to pool area good and not overcrowded. We have stayed at this hotel before but last year we stayed at the Avenida, which is only a small walk away. However, owing to the Avenida having just a small pool on the roof we came back down the Bristol Park to use theirs, which was not a problem to the staff that cannot do enough for you.
Benidorm has something to suit all, bingo , shows, dancing and places for kids. what more could you want. We have just booked up for 2005 and yes, we are going back to the Bristol park
