after coming back from magaluf this week i can safely say i will be going back, hotel teix was a spot on place to stay with great fun staff and there was great banter through out. in an ideal location being 2 mins from the main strip a bar on site and having a fast food shop outside the back gate being ideal, during the day the pool is a super place to be and the beach is 60 seconds away with loverly restraunts surronding the complex. the rooms are basic but if you are spending anymore time in them other then sleeping then what is the point in going to magaluf!! i would recoment this hotel to anyone and will be deffently returning there.

Don't stay at the Hotel Teix!!!
The staff working there are really nice and helpful but the state of the rooms is a joke, I wouldn't put my worst enemy in there, paint on the walls was peeling off, back door didnt lock, the only small vent that was avaible was blocked out by wood, making the room hotter than outside, there was only two chairs on balcony for 3 people staying there so meant could sit on balcony before going out. To top things off even the poor picture on the wall wasn't straight. It was sooo bad it was laughable.
The beds were never changed just the actual bed clothes just tucked in. For one day and night we had no running water so were given keys to another room to have to shower,shave etc.. in there. Didnt seem any urgecncy to get our room sorted, took asking three times to get sorted.
Pool was ok nothing to right home about.
Rounding things up, reading reviews before I went I was thinking oh they are just moaners and its what you make it, No its i not worth the money however cheap it is, I went to the HSM Torrenova the year before for only £40 more and it was like a palace comapared to the Hotel Teix.
DO NOT STAY THERE!

After reading some of the reviews on here, me and my friends were a bit worried to say the least!
Got there late at night, guy on reception was lovely and extremely helpful!
We were pleasantly surprised with our room, 3 clean beds, a clean room and big enough for the 3 of us, clean bath room, great balcony to sit out on.
We had a great time at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to friends.
I havnt given it a 10/10 as the drains in started to smell a bit which was gross but we didnt spend much time in there anyway so it was fine.
The pool was good too, good music, great staff, will definitely be going back next year!

this hotel is fineeeeeee for a 1star place!
its not very big but its in a pucker place and there is a subway across the road which is open til like 6am. PERFECT to have on your way in from a night out!
the security man is an absolute nutter with his taser gun but hes lovely, just dont be too loud after 12 or he'l pop up and tell u off lol!
but yeah the place is fine, barstaff are proper nice and that aswell.
the only bad thing is that there is stains everywhere (the curtains and matress's) lool, and we did have 2 cockroaches. but who cares your in magaluffffffff
definatly would go back

We went to stay at this hotel for 10 days in June 11 girls. You get what you pay for!
The hotel was fairly clean we had no problems with our rooms they were all fine i would recommend requesting a high floor.
Great location near all the bars, clubs and the beach. The pool was clean and the staff were very friendly.
If you are just looking for somewhere to sleep for a few hours then this is the hotel you should stay in everyone tends to go to sleep around 5 ish and instead of being quiet at night you need to be quiet in the morning!! I wouldnt say a good hotel for couples. Great for groups of friends!! Met loads of great people and we would visit the hotel again!! Dee Rocks!!

Me and 6 of my friends (aged 20-26) stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and thankfully that was all it was. Firstly one of the balcony doors was broken and would not lock. With the hotel being right in the middle of all the bars there was no way i was leaving mine and my friends personal belongings unsecure. We waited for the manager to arrive back but waited ages and as this was our first night out we didnt want it wasted on a door which shoud have been checked and fixed before we arrived there. We were given a tiny safety deposit box to put our money in. The following day late on in the afternoon the door was finally fixed.
The beds are disgusting. Inside my pillow case i found 2 used full condoms. I was nearly sick. When i went to get a fresh pillow the security guy looked at me and just said "what do you want me to do about it". Very rude. When i finally got my new pillow i decided to check the rest of the bed. I found black hairs and dirt in the bed. My sheets had just not been changed from the last people which stayed there. When i made a complaint to the managers the next day they told me the rooms are cleaned and checked and that my friends (all girls) had put them there which was pathetic. They were both very rude and did not try to apologies in anyway. I had to sleep on top of my beach towel every night due to the bed being dirty. We also found an empty condom wrapper inside the cabinet.
If you are going to this hotel then make sure you take your own bath towels. The ones we had were stained and grubby.
I love going out partying and clubbing and was not expecting the Hilton Hotel at all but this hotel was just dirty. The managers are awful and had no customer services. We didnt even think of eating there.
The reason i gave this hotel a 2 was because the location was good and the bar staff were friendly. All the bars, Beach and BCM are just a short walking distance

me and me best m8 went to magaluf on the 4th of may for me 18th birthday, we didnt even book a hotel just went in a taxi to the hotel teix and booked a room. the hotel is basic but very clean and tidy and the staff are very nice and helpful, you cant exspect anymre for only 25 euro per night. we love it that much we are going back on the 17th of june to the hotel teix cant wait :) x x x x i give the hotel 10/10 as i was very happy to stay there x x x x

Me and my friend decided to book this as a last minute break; we booked our hotel and flights online so got ourselves a really cheap deal!
To be honest we were expecting a bit of a dump, but once we got here we were a bit released, although when we got there we opened our apartment door and was greeted by an army of cockroaches!
The toilet wouldn’t flush, then when it did flush it came up into the sink....was a bit disgusting, we told reception but they didn’t come to sort it out.
The rooms weren’t too bad though, pretty clean. The pool was quite nice, had a bar that did food and played music threw the day. We went at a quieter time of the year so was a bit different.
The hotel is located near the bars and restaurants so not too far to walk when your drunk, but it’s quite peaceful for a good night’s sleep as well!

I went to Teix with 4 other girls (all 30) for a weekend on the beer and a laugh, and that's exactly what we got. We met some great people in the hotel - mostly lads!! 10 men to 1 girl in Magaluf!!
Apartment was okay, definitely wouldn't recommend it to couples or families. The pool wasn't open till May but that wasn't a problem as the beach is 2 mins away. I'm going back in July - cheap and cheerful and near beach and all the nightlife. Friends were staying nearby who paid double what we paid and there apartment wasn't any different. There was a bit of a problem with the drains though, but we were never in the room anyway for it really to bother us....
