We've just had a very enjoyable holiday at the Montelin Apartments. The apartment itself was clean and well equipt, if a little on the small side, however there were 3 of us staying and my son was on a camp bed and we managed fine. The air conditioning is excellent, although quite noisy so I would not recommend having it on through the night, this wasn't a problem as it was so effective the room stayed cool. The pool is quite deep so young children do need to be supervised, although it was fine for my son we tended to use the pool at the neighbouring Villa Concha apartments, as it was larger and there were lots of children for my son to play with. The reps at Villa Concha run lots of activities for children and adults to join in with, such as pool, darts and water polo. We ate at the poolside restaurant a couple of times and found the food and service very good. The apartment is in a perfect location, 5 minutes from the beach and about 10 minutes to the centre of Puerto Pollensa. You do need to check in at Villa Concha as there is no reception at Montelin.
Puerto Pollensa is a lovely family resort with beautiful quiet beaches, there is plenty of room to play even in the middle of August. There is also a nice breeze coming off the sea which kept the temperature bearable. There are plenty of restaurants, although we didn't eat out much as it was quite expensive, though we did have a nice meal at the Tex Mex restaurant on the sea front.
I would definately recommend the Montelin Apartments to families or anyone wanting a relaxing holiday.
