We stayed in these apartments for a week they were very basic but quite spacious and clean,however what i find strange is there is no mirror or dressing table in the bedroom so when you wash your hair you have to dry it in the bathroom and no one else can use the bathroom... more

As a family we have stayed at Atlantis/Las Lomas for the last four year's. Think they are now getting it right by putting new window's and door's in. When we stayed there in 2005 my husband witnessed two burglary's. So we would recomened you don't leave clothes on the drier over night if you have a down stair's appartment! Our bedding was only changed once a week but the towel's were every other day. Had everything we wanted in our appartment but I'm afraid the bad weather has sent us to The Gambia this year. I stayed at the atlantis las loma between the 7th and 14th dec with my husband and parents. We had booked a two bedroom apartment on alpharooms for a very reasonable price and were a little concerned that there would not be much room for the four of us in just the one apartment. However when we arrived the hotel had arranged for us to have two separate one bedroom apartments at no extra cost, which was great as we then had plenty of room. My husband & I travelled to the Atlantis las Lomas with our family including 2 granddaughters aged 4 & 6. For them it was ideal....they made friends and the pool was on the doorstep so they had a ball. The apartments are well equipped with kettle, toaster & microwave and we found they were clean, spacious and fairly well kept. The maids came in regularly and the towels and sheets were changed when we expected it. The pools were all well kept but I felt that the walkways and external areas could benefit from an upgrade. Returned to Lanzarote for the 3rd time this year between 21/9 to 5/10. Have previously stayed at the Flora Appts in the Old Town and Ria Olivia at the other end of Puerto del Carmen. Was really surprised bythe Atlantis. The apartment we had overlooked the main pool and was upstairs, which I would recommend, a couple staying below us had their room broken into one night! The resort was clean and the staff extreemly helpful. I would recommend paying for a late check out if you have an evening flight becasue it can be very hot sitting around... more

Good location near to old part of town and close to beach via short but steep hill. Apartments basic but clean, towels and sheets changed regularly. Swimming pools clean and no problem getting a lounger. Childrens entertainment low key but kids love Daniel especially when he does his clown act. My boyfriend and I have just returned from a weeks stay in the atlantis apartments, puerto del carmen and, after a bad first night, overall had a fantastic week away!! After being one of the last to be dropped off we were led by the rep to the reception area where the check in process was extremely quick and efficient. What can I say, except a wonderful, calmful 2 week stay topped off with 2 weeks of pure sunshine. The people who have left previous write ups must have stayed at another hotel. When we arrived at the hotel our room was ready. On entering the room we were very impressed with what we got. Definately value for money. We Stayed at the Alantis/Las Lomas, Puerto Del Carmen,for one week beginning 3th April, we thought the hotel was good, the complex was clean, spacious rooms,nice swimming pools, good location for numerous bars,restaurants,supermarkets and shops. The only negative comment i would make was that the maid service wasnt the best as we didnt have our room cleaned for a few days! Have just returned from a week's holiday at this complex and was very pleased with the value for money. I travelled with my parents (acting as their tour guide) and we booked a 2 bed apartment. The bedrooms had 2 single beds (which were very comfortable) and plenty of space for clothes.
