just back from benidorm centre hotel and i agree with other visitors it is more for the spanish as we only met two people who were english, i would not return again, the beds were as hard as a brick and my back is still sore, we went half board and there is a good varity... more

Nice Holiday Shame About The Hotel from Swillsy
We have just returned from two weeks at the Benidorm Centre and as an introduction to Benidorm it wasn't the greatest. Things started off well as they had prepared a cold buffet for our arrival as we got there late at night. However, our party, 15 of us, were then scattered throughout the higher floors despite our prior requests for the more child friendly and less worrying lower floors. Myself and my boyfriend stayed at this hotel for one week in May 2007. Last year, we stayed at the 4 star Maderia Centro (just down the road) and were expecting a similar standard. However, we were a bit disappointed. On arrival the staff were very friendly and polite. The hotel lobby is clean but there is no seating area. just got back from week at centre the staff are brill, food great rooms (massive), only problem we had was our room was facing away from sea, didn"t get any sun on our side so room was on the cold side (had heating on).next time we go i will be asking for high floor and rear of hotel room or i wont go!try tower lounge couple of doors away great night out comic ollie ollson a must see. all in all value for money .five star hotel under cover!!! more

we stayed here just prior to easter.....& found it an excellent hotel..........great food/very fiendly staff.......really sincere people.....very clean/well positioned for both the old town & the newer part/not far from the beach/buses & taxis............we will definatley consider using this hotel again more

Arrived thinking this to be a very godd hotel. Was put into a room overlooking a lot of palm tree trunks there was no light the room was very depressing and gloomy. I spoke to the receptionist who was very unhelpful was told to see my rep. the next day to see about changing hotels. The next day I spoke to a different receptionst who was a bit more helpful got moved that afternoon to a room with a bit of a sea view. The rooms are very basic food is not great. Would not rate this a very good hotel I paid a lot of money for this holiday... more

stopped here from 4th to 11th february 2006. on arrival receptionist was friendly and helpful. Spacious area by reception.The staff were very polite both in the restaurant and bar. Food catered for all tastes. The room was cleaned every day.The evening entertainment was mainly dancing but plenty to do outside,try the Tower Lounge about 50yds down the road its a great night out.Please beware of pickpockets and opportunists thieves heard loads of stories re pick pockets and people leaving cameras etc on table in bars... more

just returned from benidorm centre hotel feb 2005. Rooms were lovely very clean and the food was fantastic something for everyones taste. Would highly recomed it, it was close to alll the bars and beach. Very freindly staff room service was great cant wait to get back. more

It is a small friendly hotel that keeps its strong Spanish flavour and is suited to the more discerning holiday maker.
