just arrived home today, great hotel, great location, just 200mtrs from beach, short walk to the old town, buses are regular to the new town part.we are 2 couples in our 40s/50s. turn right out of hotel there is a english bar serves good breakfast if u miss hotel breakfast, its called neptunes bar. turn right again there is the travellers rest, had a few john smiths here, and lovely curry and rice. if u turn left out of hotel, 150 mtrs good indian restaurant.
Food at hotel, good choice,lovely salads, good choice of hot dishes but could of been hotter, but microwave was available.
hotel was spotlessly clean, good size rooms with large balconies, request a high floor with sea view room, you get sun all day then, but if u in the back unfortunely no sun. hair dryers are in rooms, u get good choice of english channels plus you can buy movies by the day.only down side was the beds were hard. but didnt spoil the holiday. would definetly use this hotel again.

i thought that this hotel was superb ....
i loved everything about it kids swimming pool alittle small but what can i say kids wouldnt care ???? they absolutely loved it xx
also we where alittle late for dinner because our flight was delayed an hour so what they did was left some selection of food on our table >>>
the only thing was is that the food was freezing ??? and all we could smell in the room was fish ....
staff where very very helpful and friendly when we needed some advice they where able to give us brouchers and numbers ???/
entertainment i have to say was fantastic theres nothing i can omplain about there !!!!!
the only problem was our balcony was very small and from where we where staying we didnt have much of a view ........ bt i would rate this hotel 8/10 and i would difeniely return to this hotel again .

Went to Benidorm at the end of January, with 3 of our children, aged 6, 13 and 19. Had 2 rooms. Rooms were spacious, clean and tidy and towels were changed daily. Couldn’t find Benidorm Centre Hotel in any holiday brochures, so didn’t know what to expect. But when we got there it was awesome. The food was varied and tasty. The children enjoyed cooked breakfast everyday. We were hoping to go to the theme park but unfortunately it was closed and opened in the summer. Luckily the weather was hot and we were able to relax on the beach and go shopping. Would definitely go back! We went half board but would have been better to go full board because drinks were quite expensive. The evening entertainment was good but we were unable to sit through it because there were too many smokers.

Hotel very clean, rooms very spacious. Views not fantastic from balcony and if not overlooking pool or sea then no sun on balcony. Pool area very nice, large area of pool for children and a small play area (slides and climbing frame) for the kids also. Waiting staff and bar staff very friendly. Dinning room set out nice food basic but nice. There was nightly entertainment but cannot comment if any good as never stayed in to watch it. Hotel wheelchair friendly, good location for bars, shops and restaurants. 2 minute walk from beach.

The hotel is centred perfectly for the beach and shops. On the first night we found our room to be fine, balcony a bit small but the view was fantastic. I reported that our light on there didn't work to the reception. After a week of being there the light was never fixed, our sheets had never been changed along with the towels, on the 3rd day we had to request toilet paper as we had none and the cleaner never left us any. The meals were very basic, the hotel obviously catered for their Spanish guests, on one occasion we found the food wasn't cooked properly which left us dining out everyday afterwards.
The pools quite small, not at all what I would expect from a 4*. During our last couple of days we even received crank phone calls to our room from what I assume to be another Spanish guest.
We did find a fantastic English pub around the corner called Griffs, the food was amazing, the couple who owed it very friendly and the atmosphere was very relaxed.
I doubt I'd return to this hotel but I'll definitely be looking for that pub again!

Stayed at the Benidorm Centre for 4 nights with my two teenagers in late march 2007.

The rooms are very nice and clean.
The food is very good and the service is very good.
Position of the hotel is ideal for what Benidorm has to offer, plenty of nightlife close by,
and is close to the beach
The pool area is a bit poor but other than that a very good hotel and well run and would stay at this hotel again.

We stopped at this hotel in February for a four day break. We took our seven year old son with us. The hotel was spotless and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The drinks in the mini bar in our room were very cheap and the meals were ok but found lunch and dinner choices to be virtually the same and we found ourselves only taking 2 meals in the hotel.
The hotel is in a central location, ideal for the nightlife and always someone on reception whatever time we got back. Overall a great hotel and would definitely go back.

Quite by accident we came across a Portland direct brochure. Our first visit to the Benidorm Centre was only for four days but we wish it had been longer. All the staff are friendly, especially in the restaurant.
The food is fantastic, breakfast is anything you want. Lunch and evening meals have great sweets as well as main courses(Buffet of course). The hotel have a system that you can pay so much at reception and you're given a card that you produce at the bar/cafe and at the end of your holiday they either reimburse you or you pay what you owe over the amount you paid (15% discount with this system) so drinks etc worked out incredibly cheap.
It's only 5 minutes walk to the old town and the same down to the Levante beach. Since then we've been back three times for longer. I would rate it as one of the best and friendliest we've stayed at.
