La Quinta Orlando Airport North Hotel

I recently stayed at La Quinta Inn and Suites for 4 nights to attend a wedding of a friend. The front desk personnel were great. They were always smiling and seemed to enjoy their jobs. One gal even helped me change batteries in a talking doll. This took quite a bit of time, but she cheerfully accommodated my request. The swimming pool temperature was perfect. We stayed at this hotel for one night because we had an early flight out of the airport the next morning. We paid ~$80 for the room. Overall this was a nice hotel. It was clean and the rooms were very spacious. My only big complaint is that our non-smoking room smelled very strongly of smoke.

I was staying at this hotel prior to attending a conference at another hotel in Disney World, and used it as a base for some sightseeing. Staff were polite and very helpful. My room was clean, and the hotel appeared quiet. Breakfast was quite good for complementary. It was also very easy to find from the airport in a hire car after a nine hour flight. I would definately consider staying there again.

We stayed at this hotel before heading to Port Canaveral for a Disney Cruise. We were very pleased, the room was about $75 and it was a good value for the $$. Rooms are very clean and large, the hotel staff was courteous, check in was quick. The continental breakfast (included) had a good selection of food including a "make your own waffles" section. For an Expedia 2 1/2 Star hotel, this is a great option for the Orlando airport area or for just visiting the Orlando area in general. We paid 70 dollars a night, compared to other hotels in the Orlando area of this type...it is a great deal. Clean rooms, quiet for when we were there and the shuttle was free. Those folks who paid didn't sign up for the shuttle the night before is my guess. Only downfall is not a lot of options for restaurants if you are left without a car.

good hotel, but the "courtesy shutle" was deceptive. I thought is was free, but it was the Mears Transport company. I rented a car instead.

Stayed Saturday nite over the 2004 Memorial Day weekend & would recommend this facility. Good value for the location near Orlando International Airport and size of rooms. It was a busy morning & breakfast was limited, however, two staff members pitched in to stock up the complimentary breakfast bar. One caution - parking was very congested that evening. They offer a stay / park 'n fly program, so I assume numerous spaces were occupied by that promotion. Parking spilled over into the side street & fortunately vehicles were not towed.... more

My husband and I stayed here the night before flying out from Orlando airport. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was - very new hotel with big rooms, great continental breakfast, hot tub and pool and free shuttle service to the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel!!

Spent two nights at this hotel. Great breakfast selection including homemade waffles. Pool and hot tub are open 24 hours. Extremely clean. Would definitely stay there again. Don't confuse it with the Airport West facility.

Have stayed at many Orlando hotels. This is great if you want to be near the airport. Nice size room, good service, clean and quiet. Will stay here again. Good deal for the price. Includes continental breakfast which was excellent (have seen bad ones). I highly recommend this hotel!
