When we arrived at the hotel, they told us we had booked a cheap room and was staying in a room across the street, they wanted us to pay another 96 euros to stay in the hotel which we hadn't been informed about by the travel company. The rooms was at the bottom of the... more

The fitnessroom was not available. They said that they had lost the key. Why just have one key for fitness and wellnessroom?
The food was actually not very good. All the same every night. not very well made. the plates weren't clean.
I'll will not recommend this hotel to everyone.
I'll only give it 3 stars! Maybe only 2 and a half..

On arrival at around 2am we had obviously missed the evening meal but were handed a bag of hard stale sandwiches containing a slice of ham with nothing else, and a bag of pears. The room was lovely and clean and the maids came everyday and did a good job. Meals were... more
