I had a really nice holiday with my friends. We thought that there was some really nice German food, although it was the same every day. The rooms wer cleaned very well and the hotel was so so close to a really nice beach. Sa Coma (the resort) had such really nice restaurants and stuff. There were nice friendly people in the bar every night and a good big selection of drinks for us. I liked this hotel.
- Advice: Really nice restaurants, look around and explore them

When we arrived at the hotel, they told us we had booked a cheap room and was staying in a room across the street, they wanted us to pay another 96 euros to stay in the hotel which we hadn't been informed about by the travel company. The rooms was at the bottom of the street, they were very basic and not as nice as the rooms in the hotel. The reception was very rude and ignorant not helpful at all.
The food was awful, only catered for the germans. Waste of money paying all inclusive as we ate n drank out every night.
No entertainment. The bar was just full of germans sat around the bar all night, every night. No atmosphere, bloody boring!
Wouldn't go again, and would not recommend it to anyone. Full of germans, don't go there unless your german!!!

The fitnessroom was not available. They said that they had lost the key. Why just have one key for fitness and wellnessroom?
The food was actually not very good. All the same every night. not very well made. the plates weren't clean.
I'll will not recommend this hotel to everyone.
I'll only give it 3 stars! Maybe only 2 and a half..

On arrival at around 2am we had obviously missed the evening meal but were handed a bag of hard stale sandwiches containing a slice of ham with nothing else, and a bag of pears.
The room was lovely and clean and the maids came everyday and did a good job.
Meals were pretty much the same every day as was breakfast. Not much choice at all if you’re a vegetarian unless you like fruit. Bar was great as there was a wide range of drinks.
Afternoon snack was the same ham and cheese sandwich every day.
Pool area was always kept clean but was busy when we stayed and pool was always booked out by the towels placed on them all for people going out for the day then returning when they felt like it and having the chair they'd chosen still free waiting for them. The hotel was 1 minute from the beach so that was ideal.
Must mention that the reception staff we found to be not very helpful. The women stood there talking and I wanted to see how long they'd make me wait there. I eventually interrupted them after waiting 5 whole minutes and when I did they looked at me in disgust for disturbing them. The male reception gentleman was very helpful though.
The area of Sa coma itself was a ideal place to stay for all ages. I highly recommend it. It was full of restaurants and bars so there was always something to do each night when the hotel bar closed at 11.30pm. Weather was wonderful when we were there in the first week of September, only had one day that was a bit drizzly and overcast.

My husband & booked a 2 week holiday at this hotel. Our room was not in the actual hotel, but down the street a little but because we did not pay a fortune for our holiday we were prepared to give the BASIC accomondation a go. On arrival we were asked if we would like air conditioning but at an extra cost of 14 euro a day, we of course declined. Unfortunatley in the 2 weeks we were there we had only 2 nights entertainment, which we found a little strange being that we were ALL INCLUSIVE but early nights were not a great problem. Hotel it's self was clean, our room was cleaned everyday, but unfortuantley the pool would of needed a facelift some tiles had come away and the size of the pool was small compared to other hotels we have stayed in. Although the hotel its self was more geared towards other "european people" and the food showed this, there was always something for us to eat at meal times and a lot of fresh fruit. In the 2 weeks there we only ate out twice. We found the bar staff extremly friendly but were not so impressed with the male reception staff the females were extremley helpful. (but that is women for you) In all my years of going on holiday this is the only hotel I have stayed in that does not do travellers cheques exchange (again it was a male receptionist that we approached). All in all we enjoyed our 2 weeks in the sun We may go back to Sa Coma/Sillot and may even give the Mariant Hotel another go, We have yet to stay in a hotel/appartments which have not satisified our holiday requirements.
But some People have to remember that you don't get all your home comforts when on holiday, Iam a great beliver in as long at the accomonadtion is clean what more can you ask for.
