Insotel Club Cala Ratjada

This hotel failed to deliver what it advertised on the websites. Upon arriving at the hotel there was no greeting information in English. On the website it advertised bilingual staff in reception , this was not the case, the hotel also advertised a hair-dryer in every room, this was also not the case. The rooms/studios were of a very small size and they advertised the studios as sleeping 3 persons, too small for 2 let alone 3. The so called gym was very basic and small, they also advertised a baby sitting service but when I enquired about this I was informed that it would be hard to arrange as they would have to ask the staff first, why advertise a service if its not possible to have it. On a good note the pools were good and the food was good. I would not return to this hotel.
