Lake Berkley Villas

stayed at lake berkley for 2 weeks in june 06 with my wife and 2 kids age 11&4. it was great. the 2 pools are very nice, clean and very safe for kids. be sure to try the jacuzzi at the 2nd pool. the guy at the pool bar,jean was really friendly and made people welcome. he even opened up early for the england world cup matches and made breakfast. the reception staff were helpfull and very pleasent. the 3 bed town house was realy spacious, clean and the aircon and fans were super. we did however have a few lizards and the odd roach in... more

We stayed here for one week last August with our two children who were 9 and 12 at the time and had a great time. The town house was a home from home with everything we could need. The purpose of our week in Orlando was to hit all the parks before heading to the coast and it proved to be a perfect base to travel to Disney and Universal from. The pool area was a nice relief from the heat. We would certainly go again.

I've stayed at Hapimag Lake Berkley twice in the last few years, the most recent being Sept 05 & on both occassions I've had a perfect stay. As always when rating a property the price is obviously a huge factor & considering that we paid approx £250 per week for a 3 bedroom townhouse I think I've had amazing value for money. 10 of my family rented 2 villas at Lake Berkley and it was a brillient place to stay. The villas we had were both 3 bedroom. Master bedroom was double bed, own bathroom, TV and wardrobe. Then there was another double room and a room with 2 single beds in. Plus a main bathroom. Down stairs was open planned kitchen, dining room and living room. Hi spent the first two weeks in October at this location and we were not dissappointed. We have rented private villa with pool in the past but felt a bit isolated. The townhomes at Lake Berkley with communal pool had more of aholiday atmosphere. The home itself was spotlessly clean with ensuite,familybathroom and cloakroom fascillities, perfect for 2adults and 3kids 15,12,10. Kitchen fully equipped with the all important dishwasher. GREAT,FANTASTIC,this place is so nice.Our family of six, two adults and four kids,had a great time here in lake berkley.Its just like a home from home,the rooms were nice and big and very clean.Our family stayed for two weeks and being so close to wallmart super,super,super market,who own asda,made it so much easier,with there 24 hour store.Wallmart sold everything from milk-shotguns,although you do need a licence for them,the guns that is,not the milk.If you need clothes,shorts,swimwear,towels, suvournears,then its got it all,inc disney... more

I have just returned from a holiday here and had a fantastic time! We stayed in townhouse 1139 which is very near the pool. The townhouse was very clean, well furnished...contained everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was in a nice area, very quiet and within a close distance to the Disney parks. The only complaint I had was our A/C unit was a little bit noisy, but not noisy enough to disturb out sleep. Definetely a great place to stay. The staff are friendly and welcoming and I would recommend it to anyone.

When we booked our stay at Hapimag we requested that we have a condo with all bedrooms on the first floor and the we be placed as close as possible to the pool. We received conformation that we would be accomadated. We had seniors and handicapp people in our party. When we arrive we where placed in a condo where all bedrooms where upstairs and we where no where near the pool. When we spoke to the owner he was reluctant to accomadate us. my family and i stayed here in november 2004. it was great staff were very friendly and helpfull.the townhouses were lovely and clean,areal home from home feeling.we will be returning to lake berkley in 2006.we recomend it to all families.even the guys on the gates were great.theres a dishwasher,fridge washing machine dryer .wallmart a short walk is great .

We stayed in townhouse 1105 from March 14th to March 28th, 2005 and had a great time. The resort is in a gated community and you feel very safe and secure. The Hapimag reception staff and security staff were excellent and very helpful. The townhouse was well equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, washer and dryer and the other usual stuff.
