The apartments were spotless, the maid changed the bed linen twice over the 7 nights we were there, the towels were changed ever other day. The electric tripped in the apartment and the kettle was doing it . The hotel staff were quick to resolve this. On our second last... more

Well first of all i cant fault the appartments, there was 6 blocks with about 6-7 floors on each block. every one had a lift it was very small but a lift is a lift.. they were very nice and clean. your towels got changed every second day or something. but the bed linin... more

We had a great time in Vista Club, it's a lovely place. Some advice to anyone with a baby is bring your own travel cot as they rent them out. You have to hire a fan too so be aware of extra costs. You can avoid steps the hill isn't that bad just think of working off all the... more

We were allocation on arrival, so we didn't know where we were going. The Vista Club is situated on the mountain in Santa Ponsa. There is 175 steps (yes we counted!!) to climb... which in the heat is tough. There was no entertainment while we were there as it was end of... more

Stayed at the vista club for 10 days. This place is more for families with young kids than for couples. Stayed in june so the weather was very warm. The apartments had no air con so we had to rent a fan from reception. We had a good view of the pool area and the sea from out apartment. The pool area was nice and the water was lovely for swimming. There was a snack bar at the poolside but didnt serve much variety of food and you are not allowed bring your own food or drink to the pool area which was a downside. To go to the... more

Definately not for a young couple without children wanting to experience a bit of fun nightlife. Room was well equipped except for the bed. Which was two single beds pushed together..... A horrible no-no for a young couple with no children in tow. Still was early in the season so half of the bars/nightspots were still closed. The stairs were not too bad. We must have gone up them 30+ times at least. Food at the snack bar was horrible however which forced us to tread the steps many more times then we would have liked. Without decent... more

This apartment complex was very modern and clean, there was lots of entertainment for children and adults alike. The staff were very friendly and the on site entertainment was brilliant, this is a good complex to stay on if you have children of any age, but may be too active for couples. The only downside was they have no televisions in any of the apartments. The food at the poolside is good and reasonably priced.
Breathtaking from fliggits
Breathtaking views from our top floor apt. Well equipted, spacious with large balcony,Pool bar serves snacks at reasonable prices,reception is small. Large Bar in next block at reception level opens in evening and can be noisey untill the early hours. On checkout day there is a large baggage room with showers available. About the steps if you turn right when you leave the complex and walk towards the Irish section of bars there is a big apt block on your left oppsite that the steps are in sections, that is steps walk steps and so on.

This hotel is definately for the young and that includes families, its location lives up to the 176 Steps advertised but do not let that discourage you. it looks worse than it is!! We arrived after a 10hour delay and eventually when we did get there, check in was quick and we took off to our apartment. After reading other Trip Advisor reviews I joked on how we'd get the top floor corner room, and on getting to our block we had!!! I just got back fromt the Vista Club Hotel, although I am suppose to be there until Satruday, I couldnt stand it there any longer, i went on the internet and booked a flight home with easyjet. thats how much I hated it. I am 18 years old, but not your typical 18 year old, i dont drink or go out in the evening, i just wanted a holiday for me and my younger sister to enjoy and relax. Stayed at Vista Club Apartments in June 2006 for 11 nights with my husband and 2 children aged 5 and 22 months. Apartments were lovely, clean, spacious, we were very pleased with them. The pool area was also clean, kids had a great time. My 5 year old went to kids club a few days - the reps were great fun ! Resort of Santa Ponsa is excellent and beach is lovely - the only 1 downfall for us was the 176 steps from apartments to resort. Being 5 months pregnant didnt help either. Went to the Vista Club in June 2004 Party of 2 adults and 3 chldren). What a disappointment. The apartments (2 bedrooms) were spacious and reasonably well equipped but were run down and dirty and smelly. We were exhausted after the holiday with all the steps throughout the complex and also the long trek down 100's of steps to the beach and town area, nevermind the fact that we were sleep deprived because of all the late night parties and commotion that went on in the apartments, even though they were described as suitably for a family... more

went to vista club with toddler was put on top floor which made me quite nervous as she was constantly trying to look down to other family members below us but couldnt get lower appts. as these had steps down to them so would not addvise annyone with buggies even the pool had a large amount of steps there was no shop in complex and again a large amount of steps had to be used just to run to shops was good entertainment in evenings so maybe more suitable for older children pool was ok but again kiddies pool was up steps in an area that... more
