very nice hotel. it was a low budget holiday and the hotel gave value for money.
cleen rooms, nice staff, good food and drinks. 3 clean pools something for everyone.

What a disaster! We arrived when it had been raining and it was very dangerous for kids! It is built on a hill so there are steps and steep slopes everywhere. Our two year old had fallen over and cut himself twice within 10 minutes of arriving.
The apartments weren't too bad, however the outside was a disgrace and didn't appear to be maintained at all - very dangerous. Also if you are English and want to go here think twice, it is only really catered for Germans.
We had to leave after 30 minutes of getting there it just wasn't safe for kids - waste of money!

Theres lots of bad reviews on this hotel so we weren’t sure but it was the only one available for the dates we wanted, so had no choice really. We’ve been to Sa Coma before and really like it, it is one of the quieter resorts on Majorca and most hotels are within easy access to the beach. This hotel was fine, very basic but just what you would expect for a 2 star accommodation. The room was spotless and had a nice view of the swimming pool which was also very clean, I can’t bear it when you get to a hotel and find the swimming pool is grubby, not NICE but this was ok. The room only got cleaned once during our stay, we thought that was wrong but apparently its right perhaps it would have been nice for a change of towels and sheets but never mind, it was only 2 *.
