Nikos Studios Reviews
" My sister and I were looking for a... "

My sister and I were looking for a quiet resort and boy did we get it!
We went in May, at the beginning of the season and were disappointed that nothing was open yet.
The beach bar opened mid May and there really was nowhere else to go, only a small bar, 5 mins down the road, even the shops hadn't stocked up yet!
Nikos Studios are lovely; the rooms are basic but very clean. The TV only had one English channel and the fridge turns off when you go out, you have 2 rings to cook on, no oven or microwave.
Our room was the one on the advert, right next to the pool. This was an advantage in one way but also a disadvantage when you had a hangover!
There really is nothing to do for children at all and I don't think I even saw one the whole holiday.
One thing they don't tell you in the brochures, the Nikos Studio's backs onto the airport runway! We really didn't need a transfer, we could have walked, it's that close!
You can use the facilities at the Hydrelle Hotel further down the road (opposite the bar, which incidentally mixes a fantastic cocktail, well worth going in happy hour).
They have a much bigger pool, snack bar and bar, hairdressers, gym etc and music! But they're at the end of the runway and it's quite scary and very loud. Nice, quiet but not again.
