This newly built, beautiful, stone-clad, single storey villa is located in a delightful countryside location just on the outskirts of the old town of Pollença. Decorated in bright colours with cool tiled floors and modern furnishings, this delightful villa has a large furnished terrace with views of a pretty garden, large swimming pool and mountain backdrop. Spacious and comfortable, this villa is ideal for families. Although this villa is a little farther out from Pollença, it's so enchanting you will not want to move from the pool.
