We picked the Tara beach for its location, which was perfect, right on the beach. However there are so many other nice hotels along the same beach that we would choose if we went back...
Rooms tiny and old fashioned, dead flys on the wall, from god knows when!
Seems to attract the older generation say 65+ which is great if thats waht you want but for a young couple in their 30's we felt like we were staying in a retirement home.
The breakfast was awful, jam and bread everyday.......
Its such a shame as the gardens are lovely ...this hotel could be so much more and it has so much more competition now. Would not be suprised if it closed down in the next year or so.
Skala amazing though great resort!
