Hacienda Hotel

We stayed at the Hacienda in prime time August 2005. On arrival at midnight the reception staff were fantastic but upon arrival to our room there was inadequate lighting on the terrace and we could not see anything. Just as well because the next morning we saw that building works were taking place directly in front of and below our terrace however, no workers arrived - until Monday and at 8pm the banging woke us up!! The Hotel was incredible. In a great location, far from San Antonio and Eivissa, but wouldn't you want to be??? And by far I only mean 20 minutes. Close to nice beaches. It had a great view, fantastic sunsets, a dated but big room, with a fresh fruit bowl on arrival, and very clean. The staff couldn't have been nicer and the owners even sent me a bottle of Cava for my birthday! The bartender was creavtive and proud of his drinks - as he should have been. The food in all of the restaurants was really good, but could use a little variation.... more

We stayed here in Sept for our Honeymoon. It was the most amazing place I have ever been. Fantastic, extremely chilled , staff were great. Perfect for a quiet holiday. Thje food was exceptional

stayed here for my birthday in june 2004 for 3 days out of a 10 day trip to an island ive been visiting since the late 80's. the place has a reputation, as it's ibiza's only real 5 star hotel. the hotel is a low level affair, spead out from a central courtyard - very pretty and laid back. the building was originally an old spanish finca. spectacular location on top of panoramic cliffs - 2 pools (indoor and outdoor). small, dated gym. room was great with super views/sunsets. jacuzzi on the balcony was a nice touch. some rooms have private... more

Nice hotel in the north of the island. Pretty expensive given the lack of some facilities (no web, no in-room CD/music, no free bottled water etc). Spectacular views over the north of the island from the bar & pool....but that's about it. Restaurant is a little cliched and the bar remains empty. Swimming pool freezing cold - bizarrely so. We were upset when I returned to the Hacienda hotel to surprise my wife for our wedding anniversary.We had been there 3 years erler and the experience was lovely - The hotel is very expensive and I paid for a suite ordering champagne and flowers in the room for the occasion - no luck! Service was intolerable Room service non existent and the place was dirty - It was impossible to have breakfast in the restaurant as there were flies everywhere due to the uncleanliness.The recption staff were sympathetic but could do nothing they only... more

I've been to Na Xamena last year in May 2003, and I was so happy ... it was so happy, food was ok, service so nice, the ambient, the owner's ... everything was like a dream .... I would repeat the experience next year for my future wedding!!! Nina

One of the best hotel we've ever stay. Ask for the special packages on the hotel's web site. If you plane to go to Ibiza this is the Place.

This hotel has a great view over la Cala Na Xamena but that's all it offers !The Hotel is lost in the middle of nowhere and far away (20 minutes) from Ibiza City and San Antonio.The Hotel is located 80 meters above sea but it is impossible to reach the small beach !Room air-conditionning worked only manually, Leak under the shower. Service at the 2 restaurants was long (over 2 hours to get two plates and 20 minutes just to get the bill !). Food is expensive and not so tasty. Overall, it is too expensive for what it offers... It has one of the most beautiful sunsets and views of ibiza. It is a great place for a honeymoon, the hotel has a great restaurant and a swimming pool overlooking the ocean.The service is outstanding and the room views are spectacular. I highly recommend this hotel.
